Good Location, Neat rooms, very good food

Bathroom plumbing is bad. Shower is not working. Towels are not in good state. No hand towels been provided.

Excellent service and the cleanliness 10 on 10. Excellent and a pleasant view. Will definitely recommend the property to all the friends and family and every time stay is Tirupati is at the same property.

Location, hill view, friendly bell boy and security

No exhaust fan in washroom, variety at breakfast, reception staff pestered my mother while we were away for Darshan for room renewal.

The hotel is in a very good location with easy accessibility to temples and hotels. The room and the bathroom were clean and well prepared before we checked-in. Room-service was very quick too.

The spread and taste of the complimentary breakfast was subpar and service was even worse. We kind of got a feel that they are inadequately staffed and it's so thin that it took a good 15 mins to even get hot water. Something they will have to consider improving. The underground car park is not spacious and their valet driver was on leave when we visited, so it was a bit of struggle to manoeuvre within tight spaces and park the car. Thankfully, the driver was back to work when we checked out, so we did not have to go through that hassle again.

Broken cups in the room. Towels in the room were torn. Asked for a replacement, that was worst than the earlier one. They don’t honour the payment at hotel clause. They send out a message that unless the money is paid the room won’t be guaranteed

Better than most other options around this area. Not the best in terms of ameneties.

The location is a plus, its very close to Alipiri(Start point of Tirumala). The rooms were clean and neatly maintained and the staff were polite and helpful. The check-in process was super fast, which helped us a lot.

The food was not so great, with limited options put on the breakfast menu. The taste and quality of food could have been better.

The bath shower no hot water, not satisfactory room service. Paid break is closed by 10.30 am. It was disgusting to note they were using the torn quilt and never changing the pillow covers. Very expensive and hope less facilities.

They are not bothered because tirupathi being temple town lot of devotees visit, so no dearth of customers.

Very well located and good comfortable rooms and courteous staff who received at midnight. Our rooms were ready when we arrived and we just had to give our IDs and move in to the rooms. While checking out however we faced indifferent attitude of Mr Jayachandran. We thought he only had a problem with us but during our time spent at the lobby we realised that he was the same with every guest. A bit disappointed that such a lovely stay had to end with this experience. Hope Mr Jayachandran learns to be a bit more courteous with his guests and take the hotel to greater heights.

Place is recommended near to Tirupati temple .

Staff at the reception are not trained up to mark . There was wrong amount swiped from my card , 10 times higher then the actual amount . Later they could not cancel the transaction .They returned the diffrence money to my account . This is because the staff was not properly tranied to use the swipe machine .
