Location and parking staff was decent

The room allocated was completely leaking with water in such cases they should allot other rooms later they changed after raising the concern.At least coffee tea should be made available at the hotel just a suggestion

It was ok

Booked new KVP inn hotel but they assigned old KVP residency hotel, room condition was pathetic. Rate also no concession for old hotel.

Bed clean rooms clean etc

No restaurant. No water given , towel wast very clean

staff was supportive, but did not offer even any water bottle or anything, basic soap or shampoo for bathroom

Rooms very small and smelly, had a garbage dumpyard next to the hotel, did not even get a water bottle , no geyser , Most importantly matress was not atall comfortable

If want good breakfast you have go for two kilometres. So you have get down five stairs and take breakfast then walk go to fifth floor by walk. No happy.

Without lift it is uncomfortable. Improve cleaning and ventilation not good enough. Rats have eaten out apples. Windows must be closed with mesh. Improve room service.

The room is very clean and the bed was properly arranged The AC and TV are in the working condition. Remote, dustbin towels, sope all small items are kept in place prior to handover.the room to the party. Which is really fantastic

On the online booking downloaded receipt it is mentioned that the refrigerator is available in the room actually it is not available. So I would request you to remove those things and give a more transparent picture to the party

I stayed 3 night non AC room value for money Then nearby bus stand..and good rooms

*Liked the treatment from hotel Manger Bhasker and his team.*Triple bed room was perfect for four members. Children's liked the space in room.*bathroom was good, just hot water and few small issues.*Transport facilities near by.. *I will recommend it for group trip and families having vehicle.

*Main issue is food. If hotel had restaurant If would be the best.*No descent restaurant nearby.*lots of garrage around by..

Definitely not worth it

Everything,Firstly, after reaching the hotel address, they moved me to any hotel. That room is not hygienic, not cleaned and bed sheets are dirty. After asking for 4-5 times at the reception, they provided the towel and the room service was very very bad and not responding in proper time. Toiletries are not provided and the bathroom is very dirty to use, looks uncleaned.

Rooms are neat and clean

Cost of hotels are showing less than Rs.1000 online, but hotel charged Rs.1500 and claimed you got best discount..which I saw and regretted later. Secondly the boys didn't returned the change for services and expect extra tip at the end while checking out.

Room Phone not working. However, when contacted reception, they responded quickly.

I had a comfortable stay. They could fulfill all basic needs like hot water, car parking etc. Rooms were quite spacious and it can accommodate a nuclear family well. Staffs were so approachable and they can speak the language you talk. Response is good. Overall stay was good.

There can be some more parking spaces

Keep the dust bin in rooms

Room is good.But due to offline payment they charged GST

We paid GST and due to climate condition.we paid extra money which is acceptable.But normal ac room they are costing around 1700 but we paid 1900 its something not good
