Since the location of the property is a few yards from the Railway station noise pollution and disturbance.Further the bath rooms are not maintained well

In every hotel compllimantry breakfast available But in this no break fast..The reason they gave wasfor online bookings there is no complimentry breakfast Such instances are more

Not a value for money, drainage not working other all ok , rent is high , there is one travel agency they are asking very high price. What they are thinking we don't know the place . I went sreenivam complex auto fair is only 60 rupees , then I want go with my family I ask the price they are telling 1500 rupees, then I cancelled the taxi

Since the hotel started I have stayed here but there no improvement at all old towels old toilets no staff at all working one or two avaliable poor breakfast booking . Com should audits the property before representing such property earler it was very good but scope for improvement is there management has to look into it

Bathrooms can use somecleaning. Wifi doesn’t work at all. Staff is very unresponsive to complaints about lack of wifi. i complained again and again and was met with the same response - we are looking into it. Reception staff is brusque. Only positive feature is the restaurant which has great service and excellent food.

Central location and restaurant available for eating. Room was ok. Food was decent.

No hot water. Had to call up few times and later only mild warm water was coming. Early morning also no hot water, had to bath in cold water. A/c was not working properly. Tv not working. Not worth spending so much on the hotel room.

Breakfast was good, location was in the centre of city.
