Olive Nest, Tirupati

The location is quite good. The room is very big and cosy. the view from the room is very nice.

Room service is very bad. No help from the staff. We stayed there for two nights and the room was not cleaned even once Even when we asked for drinking water, we were told to bring our own water bottles from the ground floor..

We have stayed as group in this hotel. Room size was awesome and well maintained.

Overall the room is good

- Wifi is available, but no internet is there - No hot water supply

The location and also welcoming Staff

Noise during night from next room and also road noise.

Toilet, beds and A/C = excellent

It was neat and clean. But something was biting in the bed and I couldn't sleep properly. Moreover my husband has rashes in the body. We didn't get hot water for bath in the morning.

This property is very close to Tirupati Bus station and also Railway Station. Excellent property with convenient stay and rooms are spoke and clean as well the beds.

There is nothing to describe anything about the property for improvement

Rooms clean and neat

Lack of response from front office , they have given the reception and housing keeping numbers but no one responds to call

Fantastic stay. 7 min walk from Tirupati bus stand. Very courteous staff and affordable price for a clean room.

Good and clean

Air conditioning was not working properly, no proper maintenance for the air conditioning as I can see the filter mesh is full of dust

Location is close to the bus stand and railway station.Well connected.Staff are professional.

Mirror is needed in the washroom.Wifi password, reception number information should be pasted.

The cleanliness of the room and washroom is exceptional, with the washrooms especially well-maintained and appearing as fresh and new.The rooms are equipped with smart TVs, making it convenient to watch channels in your preferred local language

The rooms do not have a telephone for room service, so you need to visit the reception in person to request items like tea or any other services. While the restaurants are not very close, there are several options within a 10-minute walking distance. Ordering through Swiggy was the most convenient choice.

I liked the location, it's very close to the bus stop and also the railway station, walkable distance. The hotel.is new so also the rooms and the linen is clean. Manager's Mohan and Sandeep are very courteous. In short had an excellent stay. Highly recommend

Rooms are a bit small but manageable...should work on Hot water issue

Rooms were pretty clean and location is prime with just 5 mins walk to both railway station and bus station.Didn't face any issues with car parking or reaching the hotel. There is also common area for two rooms where there is a sofa/table dining area with small balcony.

Hotel is new and can do with few more features like dental kit, room locker for valuables etc. these are small nitpicks and not major ones.

The property is conveniently located near the bus stand, with easy access to hotels, Swiggy for food delivery etc. The management is highly flexible in accommodating room requests based on availability and is very responsive to any needs. Being a new property, all the amenities are in excellent condition, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

Nothing specific

I had a pleasant stay at Olive Nest, Tirupati. The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms. The staff was courteous and quick to assist. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Tirupati.

Parking arrangements were a bit tight, which could be improved for guests arriving by car. With a few minor improvements needed to make it even better.

The room is in a slum area

Reception staff have no manners

good pent house view

Good location

Neat and clean
