Room is ok

There is a Manager is too Worst. He will collect more amount than we saw in Online . He won't give us Bill also. He is not having good Communication with Customers. This is the Worst Residency I seen in my Carrier. Sorry iam uninstalling my app. I won't book through this app again.

Hotel was friendly, reception was responsive. Room was good and manager was so corporative. The staff was really supportive and accommodating.

They did not give room based on this booking even though advance paid online and charged full desperately

Not satisfactory

The property was far from the city. I had booked for AC room but I received the non-AC room as the hotel owner said they cannot give AC room for that price. I had mistakenly booked for 1 person then I changed it to 2 person on the spot so I had to pay Rs. 200 extra which was ok. But they should have given AC room. There was no lock in the bathroom, I complained to the reception then they gave me another room. Still the 2 nd room also did not have bathroom bolt(lock). I had to use a chair as an object to lock the bathroom. There were too many mosquitoes in the room and we were not able to sleep the entire night.

Rooms are spacious with twin double beds

Staff are very rude and non cooperative with early check-in initially inspite of getting prior approval from OyoNo toiletry like soap are provided

Bed is OK..

Rude employees. Not clean, No proper parking, Access road too bad. Asked additional amount for everything.. Driver accommodation not available.. Not worth for money..

BE ALERT OF OYO SCAM... DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL

*** FRAUD... PLZ DON'T BOOK ***(PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING)I have booked this hotel ( AC room with TV, Standard double bed) for 2 days for 2 person @ Rs.1064.Hotel manager first asked additional amount Rs.500 and told that he will give Non AC room with single bed.I told him that my booking is for AC room, Standard double bed.Finally after long argument, he agreed for AC room and collected cash Rs.1100 from us.He told us to wait in Non- AC room for 30min and till then he will make AC room ready.So,We shifted our luggage to Non AC waiting room and was waiting for our AC room to get ready. Meanwhile , we reported this incidence to Oyo customer care.After one hour, we went to reception and enquired about AC room. Hotel manager arrogantly asked us that why we complaint to OYO?? He told us that now he will not give AC roomand we have to continue with Non AC waiting room.We told him that as we have paid for AC room either he should give AC room or should return our amount.Shockingly, he denied giving AC room and told us that he is nt going to return the amount.He told that even we can complaint to OYO. They cant do anythingImmediately we call OYO customer care, they tried alot to help us but they too was helpless as hotel owner do not respond to OYO call. OYO seniors also tried but nothing happens except for sorry.Finally we reported incidence to POLICE on 100. Immediately they informed to Tiruchanoor police station. I received call from police station and they sent police to hotel reception.Police had taken Hotel manager with them to police station and asked us too to come to police station to report the incidence.After going to police station, we sawthat hotel manager was sitting on the floor and his mobile has been taken by police.Police station Incharge had listened to our incidence and responded very well. Police Immediately ordered manager to return our amount.Finally, we got our amount back. Thanks to Tiruchanoor police.

Hot water was available. Room was ok

We had booked AC Rooms, however they did not give AC rooms and told they didn't have any room, they are saying to contact OYO for everything. We had reached the hotel at 11pm and they failed to give the room we booked. No soap or towel was given, and Facilities were bare minimum, also as per booking.com we had to pay Rs. 1077 for 2 AC rooms however they charged Rs. 1200 for only one Non-AC room and also no TV is there in the room as mentioned in website.

This hotel is online shows 800/-but he was collect the amount1500/- per day hotel shows fake amount.

Helpful staff and easy check-in/check out process. Best place to stay. Awesome hospitality, the room, the staff all are really good.
