The restaurant needs a complete overhaul. Service was very slow and the quality of food was very bad which affected my health

Courteous , efficient and well trained staff. Can feel the quality of the service from the time you walk in. We are staying here for our next visit too.

I'm very picky about cleanliness at hotels and Pai Viceroy lived up to my expectations. Excellent hotel for a quick Tirupati trip. The hotel was very accomodating when we requested early check-in. We had booked 3 rooms. Very clean, good breakfast, great staff, amazing location - right at the foothills of Tirumala. Highly recommend and would book again! Great value for money.

The staff was good, and the restaurent service as well as food was great.

The room was located right next to the road and was exposed to loud traffic noise early in the morning and late at night. I wasn’t able to sleep the entire night. This is not a good location if you’re looking for a quiet, restful stay.

Staff service was good. Location was good for people visiting tirumala .

Noisy:Rooms are not noise proof . The traffic noise could be heard clearly. There was a marraige ceremony on the day we stayed in the hotel and the drum sound was too loud to be ignored.Food:We ate only vegetarian at plantain restaurant and the food was ok. The staff was nice and very cooperative but the food was not so good.

Breakfast was very good. All the dishes had excellent taste. The variety of dishes was also really great.The lunch was also very good. The stay at Pai Viceroy has always been pleasant.

I think a mat at the Toilet door or at the main door path way (inside the room) will help a lot.

The staff were all great, friendly and courteous.

The bedsheets were a bit smelly, amenities in the room were limited on the first day.

We both had stomach upset and omitted

Room door in front of our room #313 kept open and around 5-6 guests dinking and and shouting at top of their voice all night and we could not sleep. In spite of telling them as well as the reception.

The hotel, its staff, cleanliness, food, everything was fantastic

we took an extra bed, i dint notice initially, but it was slanting, i had woken up in night for water and lost my balance and got a severe jerk to my shoulder as the bed was slanting! now i have returned to my home and noticing theres a severe muscle pull cos of that night. my left hand is stuck now, took xray too, docs told to rest my hand for 2 weeks!so just a caution, please be careful of that extra bed.

The room is small.

The hotel location is very good. They serve a variety of choices in breakfast and very tasty food for lunch and dinner. The best part was the Guffa restaurant ambience on the top floor. Staff behaviour was respectful and friendly. Also both the rooms were neat and clean.

Only suggestion, if possible try to provide large/King size bed in rooms...

The overall stay was pleasant and smooth. Clean rooms and well maintained. It is worth opting for the breakfast buffet while booking the room, the food in the restaurant was very delicious and is worth trying, mostly Southern Indian breakfast.
