Hotel O Padmavathi Puram Near Railway Station

The bed was very old and it was getting separated from each other and we couldn't sleep properly. No proper ventilation.. The bed sheet had stains related to Adults. Very pathetic...

Only cash accepted . My stay was from 11.11.2025-13.11.2025. I checked in around 11:30 PM on 11.11.2025. I was asked to pay the full amount of Rs 2650 for my stay. Rs 1650 by way cash and Rs 1000 by Gpay to the Manager. No water bottles provided. Very unclean linen in bedroom. LITERALLY rats running around in the room. Next morning (12.11.2026) at 6 AM vacated the room and informed Manager. No refund nor receipt provided. BAD EXPERIENCE

No likes only the location is good.The Name of the Hotel is Different from actual.Booking Name is Hotel Padmavati and Actually Name is Star .Nothing say to Like to take money and giving zero response

Very sorry to say too much dirty outside room.All garbage gathered and takes infront of room .All rats moving around the garbage.No staff is supporting directly refusing manner.No TV Running condition. AC is not Running or if it is running no stoped from remote .The fan is not working and the windows are stuck all mosquitoes are coming from the window side.We are stayed due to non availability of rooms arounds the area.

No room boy, no bell for reception, dirty and torn bed sheets and pillows, tv not working, ac under control of reception.

lack of service ,rat smell ,not feeling like hotel that is ghost place

not for family ,when i m taking room there are lot of people standing , i felt very uncomfortable and dirty smell ,dont suggest this hotel for family and couples

Nothing I liked , bcos nothing is there.

Firstly This is not near railway way station it is 15 mins drive so don't think it's walkable., Have to spend 200 rs more, for to and fro auto from station. Secondly poor service in cleaning, They keep already used bedsheets not cleaning daily .Thirdly Tv is not working/available in any of the room, manager says it is like that only in tirupati. Fourthly For Heater he says we need to inform only then they will on.Fifthly some mediocre Ac it gets of by itself often.Worst hotel in my experience, don't fall for the price and thinking it's near railway station.its clear misguided

Cheap another than hotels

Hotel is with another name which I booked from booking.com that why very difficult to locate, there is mouse in the property which souting everywhere, in bathroom there is water leakeage, shower not working, bucket is very dirty you could not use that.

It was somewhat comfortable, good price for the stay and at a good location. Some staffs were very accommodating and nice and some did not even listen to our issues.

The house keeping was bad as well as water pressure.

Disappointing always whenever we supposed to come to room during my visit to Tirupati - Tirumala.

Windows were broken,Room and Washroom was directly acceso from Cornice. No Towels, Toiletries, Soap or anything not provided, Smelling bad even worse...when I asked he said some rat died.i stayed for three days two night smell was same. AC was also broken, walls were also broken.I recommend only if you're paying only after visiting the room.

I didn't like any one there.

This is a my worst trip with this rooms. AC not working, TV not working, I get some bad smile, service is worst no one can respond there. I have booked 3 rooms but AC works only one rooms, another 2 rooms AC not working. Plz frnds don't buy rooms in hotel.

Pictures posted here and the room doesn't match.Not at all neat. Rat was dead and lied on the floor

Bed sheets are torn not good.As per booking hotel name was not written on hotel For 40 mintues searching as per name.Soo many times called nobody lifting the phone.Very bad experience ?.

First as par booking they did not give towel toiletries even drinking water not provided when we asked for glass they told us we have no glass so very bad experience so if any person want only for rest nathing from premises can stay for budget hotel if any body want any service like hotel than not hope from hotel management

My stay at Star Hotel (Padmapathi Puram) was an absolute nightmare. Here’s why I strongly advise against booking this hotel:1. Broken Amenities: The commode seat was broken, making the bathroom unusable. Additionally, the TV was non-functional, and only one out of four ceiling lights was working, leaving the room poorly lit.2. Erratic Fan Speed: The fan’s speed was not uniform and kept fluctuating between fast and slow throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably.3. No Hot Water: The geyser was not working, leaving no warm water for bathing despite the cold weather.4. Rude and Unhelpful Staff: When we asked the staff to fix the lights, provide hot water, repair the broken commode seat, or even bring tea, they were extremely rude and outright denied our requests.5. Greedy for Money: The hotel demanded full payment upfront before even showing the room. Despite of the multiple issues in the rooms, they allotted that room without informing us about that issues. And when we highlighted the issues in the room, they refused to change it and instead asked us to file a complaint on Booking.com and change hotels.6. Management Issues: While the owner is soft-spoken, he has no control over his staff. They ignore his instructions and behave unprofessionally.7. Unreliable Facilities: The landline phone in the room was not working, making it difficult to contact the reception for any help.Their attitude towards guests is unacceptable. They are only interested in taking your money without providing basic amenities or addressing complaints. Avoid this place at all costs. OYO and Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing such a poorly managed property on their platforms.

1. Check in process 2. Old lifts, which are risky for kids3. Broken taps , leaking taps , broken wardrobe ,broken bathroom door, 4. Not working and broken light above dressing mirror 5. Faulty electrical wiring, which keeps TV and fan on always 6. Never working geyser 7. Uncleaned and messy pillow and bed covers 8. There is no provision for water within the room or in a common lobby .9. Very unsafe door lock 10. No calls for late check-in , but prompt calls/message follow-ups for timely check out.

Hotel name was mis-represented in Booking.com. There is no name board. Earlier it was called Star Hotel.Hotel doesn't have breakfast but the payment was taken with breakfast. No ventilation.Lift was in bad condition. TV doesn't work.Bathroom toilet seat was brokenBedsheets were dirtyEntrance lobby doesn't exist. Hotel is dingy. Located on Highway between roadside non veg eateries. Though in booking.com it said no prepayment is required, we kept getting messages from OYO to pay part or full payment. As we had booked for 4 days, part payment was for 2 days' tariff which we had to pay online before reaching the hotel. OYO refused to return the money and hence we were forced to stay in this hotel for 2 days before shifting out to a far superior hotel closeby.Booking.com is failing in its duty to verify hotels before putting it on site.

It was located at the main juncture

The facility was dirty all over. No lights in the corridor. Bathroom was dirtiest to the core with no a zero watts bulb. Linens had spots in it. No room service during my 3 days stay. No water for nearly 4 hours ona day and no one from administration kept me informed. Was stranded inside the bathroom for nearly 30 mins. No TV facility, no intercom facility, no parking facility
