in that hotel one person is there rooms booking person talking rudely thats why i cancel my booking in that hotel worst person

Location good. Hotel neat and good. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are so many restaurants we don’t have any problem for food and beverages.

They have to improve room and bathroom neatness. Bed sheets are not good.But we stayed with satisfaction.

No breakfast or even drinking water provided in room

Hired one vehicle for local round through hotel reception. Driver's behaviour was very bad.

Even on booking extra money was demanded, Room allotment was not proper.. i was told that Room is Not available now, you pay extra charges ,Room allotment also took almost one hour,no recommendation...

Toilet facility has to.be improved, since toilet in my room.no.307 not up-to-the-mark. Water tube is not working and also broken mug in the bathroom.

There was no breakfast, provuded. Owener of the hotel collected money from me for early checkin.

I like the place where the hotel situated,, near by so many places r there but money is more comparing with other hotel where I stayed near by . But it's good only we can stay comfortably ???

During check-out, the reception counter staff tried to pocket deposit, however he returned it, only when we threatened to complain to booking.com . Further when we returned from tirumala darshan, the bathroom was clearly used and soiled. We suspect it maybe used by some short time users, as the hotel is very near to bus stand and railway station.

While we check in, the Receptionist told me that the check out time will be 24 hours from the check in. we had check in at 2.30 am and hardly we stayed 4 hours only in this hotel and we left 6.30 am for some temple visit. We came back to Hotel at 3.00pm and the new receptionist told we have to vacate the room or otherwise we have to pay one day rent. we explained to him about the confirmation of previous receptionist told that 24 hours from checked in time. he didn't accept. We forcefully vacate the room and get another room in another Hotel. THEY ARE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND SPOIL OUR TRIP. I HATE THIS HOTEL................................................

Nothing to like there

Everything rooms are not good bedsheets are Torn and beds are not clean

Nothing I like only that place is near by railway station.

TV is not working. Not cleaned properly and only one tap in bathroom that is working remainings are not working. No night bulb. Not maintained and when I asked hot water they first told they will provide on time but when I asked hot water early in the morning they behaved rudely and than the receptionist has slept.
