Room service very very slow. Rooms did not have enough towels. Bad design for draining water in the shower stall making it bathroom very wet and unsafe for elders. No grasp bar for elders. Single sofa bed was not clean and extra bedsheet and pillow not provided

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite their booking policy clearly stating that local IDs are allowed, the manager refused to give us a room just because we had local ID proofs. He took the matter personally and was completely unprofessional in his behavior. It felt like a deliberate decision rather than a policy issue.If local IDs are truly not allowed, they should update their norms accordingly on all booking platforms to avoid misleading customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting fair and respectful treatment.

Rooms are great and spacious..

But Hospotality is tooo bad tooo worst.. atleast no dental kit, no towels, everything we have to cal and ask..

The food and services were absolutely awesome, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was disappointed with some of the in-room facilities. The toilet hand flush was not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic toiletries, which I believe should be standard in guest rooms.

Service is really bad …. My stay was for 3 days …. Housekeeping is bad … breakfast not good … Food quality overall was below par….

Passable

The food - lunch and dinner were pathetic. Completely tasteless food.In the mid day requested for a sandwich and the cucumbers in the sandwich were bitter.

Room size

Staff was not courteous. First day of the stay I was given packaged water. From next day I was given RO water. Surprising.

The only problem I faced is in one bathroom the shower gell dispenser is not working

I arrived earlier than my check-in time, but they warmly welcomed me and asked me to wait for 10 minutes in the Lobby. The lobby was very neat and the furniture was very comfy with pleasant colors. I also used their washroom behind the reception which was maintained very neat. Much to my surprise, I was provided the key to my room on the 8th floor, with a splendid view. Unlike in other hotels, they may usually ask you to wait until the check-in time, which was not the case here in Starlit Suites so I really appreciate their response. Access to the swimming pool was on the 13th floor, which was even more exciting. The location of the hotel was great plus as it was very near to the bus stand and railway station but absolutely noise free. We had our morning buffet breakfast at the hotel, which was good and tasted nice too. Check-out was at 11 AM, which was again a comfy time to do so. Car parking was available and spacious too. Overall it was a great experience and would like to travel again soon.

None in particular, but I would have preferred a King or Queen size bed in the room, rather than two single beds attached to each other. This was the only one I would like to point out or else I had a pleasant experience.

ROOM SIZE

There is an acute shortage of staff and the existing staff is not up to the mark. Due to inadequate and inefficient staff, they are unable to leverage the benefits of a good room and thereby the occupation level is very less despite being a part of a Hotel chain. It is a catch 22- whether they will recruit adequate staff in anticipation of higher occupancy or will wait for higher occupancy to recruit quality staff. The former is desirable in as much as the reputation will not be spoiled.

Restaurant

Bath rooms , very less local language speaking staff , poor service

though the rooms were tidy , neat and comfortable , the dining experience was not good , we ordered 1 plate jeera rice and 1 plate daal rice , for which the restaurant took 45 mins to bring to our table. mind you there were hardly 3 tables occupied and it was just merely 7:30 pm. Also food was very expensive.

Location is not in city centre, transportation is a huge problem.Hotel provided cabs cost is way too high

There are no sufficient staff for the hotel, no proper restaurant facilities. The reception is good. Nothing else is good.

Located worst

Gone through booking.com and stay is confirmed but once I reached to property the stupid staff said they don’t have any booking as my credit card details are invalid but still bookkng.com is holding it

Food tastes good

Location is too bad, please add 1 hr extra to travel from city to hotel. Roads are completely off road and no clear directions to Hotel. Cleanliness is very Bad, restrooms were not cleaned while providing rooms and didn’t clean even after complaining. Room service is also bad. If you are planning for a stay over here please think twice
