Pros +
- Ambience was quiet. Property was properly maintained.
- Location was good
- Had a very bad experience and the owner (was drunk) had very bad behaviour and very rude. As per policy we had free cancellation charges but even after cancellation they never returned our money back as we paid full amount. When we ask him to return back he shouted on us. As we are there at late night we was helpless we just came back. Owner along with his friend had drunk was very badly shouting on us they doesn't know how treat the customer.Never book this home stay they are very bad at treating customers.Untill you reach there they will respect once you are not satisfied or want to cancel they just yell at you. This what we have experienced since it was late Night we came back as we want our family to be safe. Please consider this.
Cons -
- The bed could have been little bigger in room 202. Washroom was too small.
- The room, little stinky, lots of mosquitoes and dust
- Bad behaviour of staff/drunked boys.

The Manager is bit harsh and rude, they need to improve the hospitality and need to be more polite to the customers.
The kitchen was there but no bulbs in kitchen, no water provided to drink. It's very bad experience with this accomodation. I don't recommend this hotel. Initially we booked through my booking after entering the room he asked me to pay for AC extra and we denied . Overall stay is not good as expected
It was near to kapila tritram. The rooms were very clean. They are very supportive. You will get everything nearby. Especially car parking was good.
Water bottles are not there, and there is no fan in my room. It was only AC.
My stay at Seshadri Homestay was truly exceptional. The warm hospitality, serene surroundings, and immaculately clean accommodations made me feel right at home.
