- Breakfast wasn't provided. I had a pleasant stay at your hotel on 21st and 22nd April. The room was comfortabe. The A/c was decent, television with Tata Sky connection was given to us. Kettle, Milk/Coffee/Tea powder was provided and I found it useful and convenient. Body shampoo and towels were made available, but paste/brush was provided only on demand. The staff were very courteous.

- Every item in the room facility has to be requested and not a single item in the bathroom is clean and breakfast starts after 8:30, but their breakfast time is 7:30.
- Intercom phone, fan bed switch wasn't provided. There was a power cut for a few hours during the night when A/c, Intercom didn't work(We were told that there was a major power failure in the entire Tirupati City). Should provide important intercom numbers near the phone.
- The gap between TV wall and bed is too short.. Bumped into TV and it's equipment quite few times.

The location is prime. At least for me. The breakfast was good and on time.

Rooms were great. The room service as well as the morning breakfast included was great. When we arrived the hotel staff helped us to take our luggage to our rooms. This hotel has the best location as it is at foothills . It is very convenient if you doing the Srivani Darshan the next day. I highly recommend this hotel as it is new property about 1-2 years old so has the latest amenities. With best budget hotel when it compared to other hotels which are nearby.
Location was very near to tirumala and resturants for food.
Parking area is too small so you need to be very very careful to take your area. Additionally towels werent provided and once requested it was brought and it seems to have some threads which stick to your body once you use it.With India progressing with pin pads for payment they had only gpay working were all other hotels have pin pads to pay with your credit card.I had to drain up my account to pay them the 50 % balance of the booking amount.
Water stagnet drainage in bathroom, No kettle for coffee making, staff was very rude.

The Location is nearby the starting point for the temple. It is well maintained and clean. Staffs were courteous and accommodating. I liked all facilities.

The bedsheets are wet-like, and the towels are not clean enough and look like marks on the towels.

Check in check out is not 24 hrs. We took the room at 9 PM.. but they clearly mentioned to vacate the room at 11 AM Next day. They refused our request to vacate at 1 PM...
Other than its location, there is no point to book this hotel.
Everthing here is disappointing, it has no parking, no breakfast, worst rooms.
Good stay and pleasant environment very good location and all facilities nearby for family safety and security it is good to stay again and again...... But for my suggestion please give more time to clock out in the room only this is my personal suggestion to the hotel and doing good for the customer...

Neither booking.com or treebo is responsible. I was denied to provide the room, as I am told the booking is not available with them. Tried booking.com also no response. However I had to spend extra 1000 and stay in the same hotel.
