- The property initially said that we can pay at the property when we check in - but they called the night before and said they have to cancel since payment wasnt made. This is NOT acceptable and wepaid double for another hotel. We need some compensation for the worst experience and also please take this HOTEL out of BOOKING.com
- Breakfast could have been a little better.food taste need to improve and variety of breakfast should be tweeked.

All is well. Except the banging sound came from upper floor disturbed my sleep around 6am in the morning and it lasted for about 45mins. Informed receptionist about the same and it did not come down quickly though.
very good and clean hotel for tourists.As singaporeans we found the rooms well kept and maintained.Water was clean enough for shower and not yellow in colour like some hotes in Chennai.A/C worked perfectly for the summer weather. Convenient eatery A2B located at the ground floor.

Check in to check out process was very comfortable. We had early checkin and they managed without any additional charges and that helped us to complete all planned Darshans in one day. Location is very comfortable with good number of restaurants specially Anada Bhavan in same building and easy to get transport. Mr Jagdish at reception made stay very comfortable as well as Mr Ramana assistance. Keep it up!

The rooms were in excellent condition. I liked the comfortable beds, cleanliness of the entire hotel. Staffs were very helpful. Location of the hotel was great.
Only problem I saw was the way to parking. We had to change lift twice to go to basement parking.
Golden Tulip Tirupati is an above average Indian hotel strategically located near the waterfall in Tirupati. Buses to go to the famous temple in Tirumala pass by the hotel frequently. The rooms are large, modern and clean with good Wi-Fi. A famous restaurant with excellent and affordable food is located just next to the hotel entrance. I enjoyed my stay at Golden Tulip and do recommend it for a short stay.

Door lock issue not resolve ask for hill view room but city view room was allocated
Location is excellent. It is very close from the Tirumala Lord Balaji temple.

Very poor hygiene- housekeeping staff does not know what cleanliness means in a 4 star rated hotel. Bedsheets were dirty and even after getting it changed, we could find hair. Room not properly dusted. Bathrooms not well cleaned. Staff not professional, very poor ambiance and no amenities of a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast spread was as usual. Location of the hotel is too good. Travel desk in the hotel is also very good and the person who looks after is a gentlman , very co operative. Cab he provided for our Vellore tour or City tour was very good with best drivers, Thanks.
