Very poor

Almost everything was bad, the pictures was shown on booking.com for 3 bed, and actually we got a single king size bed room which had dirty linen. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hr as hotel did not clean the rooms provided to us. No room cleaning was done and the beddings were not changed next day.Bathrooms were not at all like shown in pictures and had black moldy stuff at the base of glass door.The wifi password was printed wrong in the room and when we reached out to reception regarding this issue the person on phone was not competent to resolve our issue. All in all this place was not worth 3k rs per day and I will not stay at this place again.I also would like to mention that pictures shown on booking.com are misleading and I will urge you to please verify property before adding on your platform.

Location and room facilities and the reception staff was kind enough

Superb location with great view to the Tirumala Mountain, breakfast was decent and tasty

The room was not cleaned and hot water is also not available . Toiletries are not provided … I had taken suit room which is not worth for the room charges ..

The staff was really helpful especially Revathi who was in charge.

Need to call the staff if something already mentioned in the facilities while booking missing in room however they have provided it later.

Location was good.

Toilets had a very bad odour. Linen was not fresh. Restaurant was not clean. Buffet was not organised. Staff were chasing for tips. Overall room rates were overpriced.

Room was spacious

The washrooms were horrible. Stains on commodes. No ventilation in washroom.Very smelly. Further when called to reception ,nobody was sent to understand the issue. The breakfast was booked on their insistence but there was no seating arrangement and the breakfast was over, further on expressing our dissatisfaction,they provided the breakfast.

We liked the breakfast at the restaurant. Although the options were limited, the items we ordered were tasty.

The moment we stepped into our rooms, there was a foul smell in the bathroom. Later, after we raised our concern, they put a bathroom freshner. Overall, the bathroom we smelly and not clean. They should improve the higiene of the rooms for what is charged.

Cost and no complimentary breakfast even I booked a family.suit room, during morning they buffet breakfast for 160 INR but none bothered to clean the wet floors in dining area though it was raining.. foul smell in dining rooms

Car parking is not enough

The property is good, well located and connected with the city primarily from Darshanam point of view. Most importantly the attitude of the staff were customer centric and that's unique.

A bit more can be done on cleaning and maintaining the property on a foot note which is a minor observation.

It is on main road only, prime location easy to access and very clean all rooms and bathrooms and very good and kindly staffs.

Rooms were average in terms of space. The price is bit high for the room and facilities provided.
