Mosquitos in the room - multiple of them Very dirty bathrooms near the reception. I would expect them to frequently cleaned, being a 5 star hotel Broken faucet in the bathroom The beds are super tiny

The Buffet, all the guests were touching the food that was on the buffet line with their bare hands. I witnessed a guest touch the food on the buffet line to see how warm it was with their bare hands. Grross. I will never eat the buffet there.

The water feature and the breakfast area as well as the meals themselves. All good. Good array of food. Rooms were comfortable and catered for what most people come to this temple town for - the temple itself. Beautiful location, against a small hill as a backdrop

Excellent stay in Marasa Sarovar, very happy with the overall experience

Check In time shouldn't be so late, they allow check in at 2 pm, which is too late and we need to check out by 11am, which isn't a good thing

Breakfast is good but it can be improvedBut the food ordered is very deliciousWe took the room which is having mountain view which is absolutely stunning.Hospitality from hotel staff is perfect and they are very courteous

Chutneys are not good and coffee is worst, washrooms should be improvedIn room dinning service is good but the no one came to collect the plates even I called them.I gave 9/10 because of these issues otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay

Very well built and decorated. Especially the restaurant in the water. Looks like it’s floating. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.

Not a complaint but the tea we ordered in the room came almost room temperature. Should be piping hot.

Nothing much to write about in terms of what i liked

the check in process was really long inspite of checking in at 4pm, we were told the rooms are not yet ready

Good location, room was clean & comfy, helping staff was really good and professional.

Shower drain in restroom was not working, had to shower in the pool of water. Staff in reception atleast try to act welcoming instead of dull faces. My access card didn’t work on elevator or room, had to take 2 different lifts & someone helped unlock the door & replace the card

I didn't like:- that my room wasn't cleaned the next day- the bar isn't wheelchair accessible

The property was in a beautiful location. The overall theme and vibe of the resort were excellent. It had everything a resort should offer. The food and the service by the staff were just above par.A few names stood out for their exceptional service: Balaji and Pavani from Krishna Hotel, Raju from Somasura, Jhansi and another kind lady from the Spa, and Pritam from Lotus Café. I’m surely coming back next time I visit Tirupati.

Everything was great, except for one thing — there was no balcony and the windows were sealed shut. I really wished they could open, just to take in the fresh breeze, hear the sounds of nature, and enjoy the stunning view more fully.

Staff had zero understanding of what hospitality meant. They had no empathy about guests needs. Despite multiple requests, we did not get basic things such as drinking water glasses, got food wrong and took very long time to deliver any order and above all most staff lacked minimal courtesy.

Front desk staff They were super quick to collect full payment within few minutes of arrival but showed any empathy about hungry guests with young children. By the time they finished paperwork after initially saying there was no booking, we ran over the restaurant time and so ended up starving for an hour before room service delivered food incorrectly.

Management is worstLights are off all of a sudden, no one took care of it.Bathroom doors got locked, my wife got stuck inside for several minutes.That's unacceptable.That ruined our stay.
