Location was good, staff were polite

First they allocated us a room which was very bad, basic Cleanliness was not there, room was full of moulds, and walls were all dirty with marks. Same with bathroom pot was stained and dirty. Didn't expected this kind of service from OYO townhouse. Seems like OYO doesn't bother about quality anymore.

Shower head wasn’t working, no chair in the room, room phone cable is cut, needed towel couldn’t call, no one was in the reception.

ac is not working properly, not even water service was provided, they asked us to pay more than the price which was blocked in booking.com, the washroom was ok ok..

They do not provide Breakfast ,while booking you peoples mentioned breakfast included but they have not yet provided.Room service is very worst .

AC hasn't worked at all. Informed staff multiple times, but no response at all.

Near to kapila teertham and all dining facilities are around. nice place to stay

parking could have been better , I had to park my vehicle outside and no proper security was provided. There is no separate parking space for this stay. Hot water facility was not functional.

Disgustingly dirty

Common Areas / Elevator / Rooms are very unclean. Hotel says no Smoking and Drinking. Windows in the room doesn't closeThe Rooms were nasty and smells like cigarettes and alcoho. loud noise somebody partying an drinking in the room next door.

No telephone number and very very difficult to find the place. No basic amenities, bed was bad and very old. Stay was pathetic. We didn't expect this from Booking.com

Room was not cleaned .. we asked the Reception person to get it cleaned but he showed Lethargic atitude .. No bathroom accessories were kept. No food facilities available.

Staff is not friendly. Not cooperative Not given invoice after several requests and its more than 30 hrs after checkout.

The hotel rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was helping. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this place

1. Problem was in bathroom, only hot water was coming no normal water2. Bed not comfortable at all 3. Poor internet speed

Room service was also good. Bathroom was big and clean.

Staff was very cooperative and helpful and helped us in managing our darshan booking also and the rooms are value for money and when we requested to keep our belongings safe while we went for darshan and they agreed upon everything
