Worst experience with staff

while booking they confirmed the booking and when I reach to the property they first said that room are available and later they said all rooms are booked and didn’t even responded properly

Location is good, Iron box was provided on request.

Food taste is not up to the price we pay. House keeping is worst!!!! No change of bed sheets even though we asked for so many times. Kettle is not working asked for changing but ignored!! On the whole no timely response from the staff for request and few were completely ignored..Disappointed

We checked in on 30 july came for darshan to tirumala ,the room given to us was not even clean we informed the staffs to get the washroom clean,even then they dint clean all they did was sprayed some room freshner and said it was clean.On 31st July early morning we left to the temple and because it was too much of a crowd in the temple i called the front desk and requested for a little extension til 2 the receptionist told me it's not possible I told him sir we have to come all the way back just to check out, they were rude we came back and then after coming to the hotel when i spoke to them Mr Firooz walks in spoke to us rudely ,when i told him oki thanks we will not come back here again he said it's my choice i have travelled so much been to so many hotels but Noone has ever been so rude ,these people are not even nice to their customers,and not to forget the dog there is a dog roaming in the lobby sleeping on the couch no offense am a dog lover too but I don't think it's just not appropriate when kids are round .So incase you are someone who doesn't want clean rooms and want some improper behavior even after paying so much you can opt this hotel..the only good thing about this hotel is the security guy very kind man gave more infobthan the front desk kindly please don't fall for the pictures in the website it's nowhere close to that .Bookings.com kindly make a note thank you

Being near the busy center was a bit noisy

Toilet was not clean and smelling and towels were also not clean

It's nice and decent place for lodging.. facilities are good. Breakfast is were tasty and worth it. Hospitality was awesome. I stayed for 2days and had a 11months old kid. They were supportive and gave extra 1hr as my kid was cranky.. Would recommend for my family and friends.

Everything was fair but the TV channels was not renewed so inspite of informing the night staff at the reception he did not do the needful. Hotel kitchen was ok, rooms was spacious and location is also good

The room was cosy and confortable., the receptionist was gentle, supportive and soft spoken.

The hotel was located in a prime location. The staff were very cordial and friendly. Mr.Sai who was in the front desk was very helpful, Kudos to him.

Breakfast was good. Some fruits can be added. Sugar free should be arranged. Rooms are neat and clean. Door locks should be checked and made alright. Rooms are too noisy. Out side noise is too much. You can't sleep properly. Miss Suma is good .

Approach to the hotel is difficult, parking will become a problem >4 cars

Its in main junction easy reach for other purchases and moving out. However the location is minus point for the hotel in spite the facilities provided

The hotel is located right in the centre walking distance from a railway station.

Booked room for a 1 night stay which turned to be only 5-6 hours as it was very busy at Tirumala.Early check in request which was for 1 hour before schedule time was denied even though there were rooms available. Extra payment of 500 rs was quoted not a good customer experience.Room condition was poor and below standard, Hotel iris can’t be a 3 star hotel.Bed sheets had stains all over which were changed by the staff after arguing. Staff insisted the current B B bedsheets were washed and can be used. Totally gross and unacceptable.Toilets were wet and dirty on arrival, ceiling in the toilet was open with drainage pipes hanging over head.Sofas were stained, neighbouring rooms were noisy with no sound proofing. Overall a very unpleasant and disappointing experience for a short stay. Hotel needs massive renovations and shouldn’t be used for accomodation purpose. For the same price much better options available in the area.
