The bedding and bathroom were clean.

We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like water bottles, coffee powder and milk powders. The extra bedding given for the additional guest, which was chargeable was not comfortable. The room rent is too high for the available amenities.

Property is in prime location… staff were good and the food is excellent

Wifi isn’t working at all after informing them still the problem didn’t solve…. Hot water coming after wasting 10 buckets of water… the bed is also not comfortable

Cleanliness and desk support

I was expecting more options in the breakfast menu. Also, I complained about couple of defects about the room furniture but the maintenance staff did not turn up to fix those.

Toilets were not clean. Bedsheets weren't fresh, probably left unchanged.

New rooms. I took the big room for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was spacious. Facilities were decent. Bathroom was clean and in-room service was good. Overall pleasant stay.

Value for money. could have been more economical. Had to remind the facilities desk couple of times for things like water bottles and sachets. Scope for improvement in customer service.

Rooms condition. The hand pipe for toilet was leaking bad. The room was very small compared to photos online. The price was very expensive 8k for 2 room and service we received.

Big room with a comfortable bed. The food ordered was good but the breakfast was very average.

Bathroom could be deep cleaned.

at the first instance I was quiet impressed but the the staff at the reception showed their true colours with the the people coming from out station and charged money with their misbehaved actions and rude behaviour. the reason was the temple holy string colour which my child was wearing in his wrist was spread on the bed cover linen.. I completely felt helpless with the staffs behaviour especially the one who was sitting at the reception..so called manager .. it was doe unknowingly from my child’s end as know one was aware of the thread colour is not having good quality.. very very bad experience while coming out. this was disheartening as I was only lady with my mother travelling.. still they charged for this without any policy and guidelines

The staff was very cooperative. Their behaviour was very warm and nice.

parking facility is not good.. actually parking in front of the building with one car behind the other is not considered a parking facility… every time to take the car out the key of the respective owner and wasting time and inconvenient

Booking.com was showing booking confirmed but at actual thr was no booking such a worst service by app n hotel

Hotel Rooms, Cleanliness is good, But Hot water was not getting due to the Solar Heater not working due to bad weather. Even they do not provide hot water in Buckets and do not respond the reception...

at first they gave room with lot of issues in noise . electricity . after my complain staff was good to change it as it was stated while booking

There was no hot water , room service was completely bad , I dont recommend this hotel again , they are charging more , doors were not working properly .
