Nothing I like especially the staff behaviour

Staff behaviours like we borrow from them.And the amount they charged more than from the booking.com estimate.3 days I stayed and last stay they didn't allow me to stay even after I got the confirmation.I suffered a lot with my luggage.I will not recommend any one to stay in this hotel not only this issue there are some safety issues.

Room was non AC while booking it showed AC On the name of tax the take 650 more

With AC on atleast we got our much needed rest.

Although included - we were not being asked for breakfast and have to do outside hotel.Manager was pushing for non AC , when we pushed with booking details he gave an AC room . But condition of room was not good.Bathroom all taps, buckets were covered with heavy salt deposits and not being cleaned like agea.

Service,Unclean bed sheets, running water in washroom, no hot water, no mineral water, no power backup, unclean room.

DTH were not working. When I approached the staff, he was unresponsive and impolite. Full of cockroaches.

I have Booked deluxe room. But gave very worst room, that room fan only and size also very small. He gave already another person for booking by Me.

They charged again GST amount from us and also they are having 2 hotels which we book in OYO they will not provide to us and they ask us go another location.

Had booked this hotel for my parents because this was nearby to a marriage hall that my parents were attending. The moment I made the booking, the property collected the full payment from me online. On the check-in date, the property called me and texted me to check-in to another hotel of theirs which is around 4 km away from the original location. Despite telling them that I made the booking for my parents who are senior citizens who will not be able to walk 4 kms to marriage venue in the late night and early mornings to the marriage venue, the property owner was not ready to accommodate them in the location where the booking was made. Had a very bad experience. Interacting with the staff. Why did they collect the payment in the first place if they were not able to accommodate us in the location where we made the booking???

Room size was good but lack of TV, WiFi, the dressing table was shaky/broken while bathroom was not clean. There were lots of mosquitos coming in from bathroom window as no protection. There was no room service for my 2 nights stay. The front desk and staff were not bilingual so hard to convey message in English or Hindi. There was issue in the reservation that I made through Booking. com which clearly stated AC room with TV while the local agency OYO connected to this hotel reservation didn't had it. Ultimately landed you staying in non AC room!!!

I didn't stay at Hotel due to they are cheating too much the price also increased and given non AC room and non deluxe room. And no option for card payment.

This Hotel they are charging me extra money though I have paid full amount through your Booking.com, He didn’t give me room key until I pay my the extra cash. It’s very bad experience, I have faced through Booking.com me and my friend were not at all satisfied. No Hot water will be provided in morning to bath also.

They are charging extra money apart from booking amount. No hot water given for morning bath, no cleanliness maintained, there is railway track behind the hotel it’s very Noisy.

While sleeping full of dust cough whole night, wash basin full of yellowish, restroom worst worst, worst!! Can't even touch a door, window anything..whole family hesitated to stay whole night

no bedsheet. 3 double beds. instead they provided single room with 3 single cots. smelly and no cleanliness. receptionist is rude and not listening to whatever we say
