I booked the room at about 11pm after starting from Tirumala. The Hotel replied positively that they would welcome me at any time. The In-charge was very cordial. Checked-into the hotel around midnight. Paid Rs.900 (against Rs.890) as rent and I was not asked for any deposit, possibly because I told him that I would be vacating at 8am next day. Surprisingly, when I checked out the next day morning, he paid me Rs.10/- on his own happily, saying "Rs.10 was due to you as balance, please have it". The room was spacious and maintained in a neat fashion with quality bedspreads and blankets. Lift was available. Never expected that the room would be available for that tariff. Staff were very helpful and cordial. Possibly, one improvement is suggested that they can accept electronic payments. But, this should not deter the guests to visit the lodge. Considering the proximity to the RTC bus stand and opp to Srinivasagam, the Lodge is termed simply superb.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.
