No customer service and staff changed my check-in time and made me wait for 6 hours from 4:30am which spoiled my trip

Good staff, very poor maintenance

The bed is not cleaned/not washed. Bathroom leaks, everywhere lime scales in the bathroom and the coffee making area. None of the glasses appeared washed.

The breakfast was absolutely tasteless & not properly prepared. No concrete road access to the hotel.

No toiletries, no hot water kettle, no tea sugar, no hot water at all, absolutely worthless services..

Location of hotel is very good,lift is very small only 2 people can can travel.Tirupati bus stand is nearby.approch road is very narrow.overall good if you just want to sleep.

I liked the staff responses to my queries. They treated us well.

We took 2 rooms for the stay. Unfortunately, one room was neat and the other room was smelly. It looks like they had sprayed bedbug medicine. The wardrobe for bag storage and tv cabinet including the bed was smelling. The washrooms can be in better condition. There was water leaking in the tap attached to the washbasin. We had to turn off and on the water supply point every time we used it and it was kind of irritating. The water jet spray was also leaking.

Nothing was good about the property. This property worth minus stars. staff were rude .Nothing mentioned in booking.com was available at the property

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Stay Ever!I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The room was filthy — stains on the bedsheets, a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, and dust everywhere. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, making the room unbearably hot all night.The staff were completely unhelpful and rude when I raised my concerns. Instead of fixing the issues, they just shrugged and said “we’ll check later,” but nothing was done. The breakfast was another disaster — cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh.To make things worse, there was constant noise from other rooms and the corridor, so sleeping was impossible. The photos online are completely misleading — this hotel looks nothing like what they advertise.Honestly, it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Room Sizes are very good and location is right in the center of the town

Worst wash rooms. No Hot water, no sanitizer, No handwash, No Soap.

Location is okay but the management and the rooms cleanliness is pathetic.

Zero management, no ethics, they management in midnight breaked in my room, they were giving that room to some other guest , they do not have brains to check and see who is checked in what room and management is pathetic , bathroom dirty , dirty towels , half of the electricity plugs were not working .

The location is excellent, rooms a spacious, quite clean and comfy, large beds - value for money. staff is very courteous.

What could be better is the quality of breakfast - there is no dining area and we were given packed box with subpar quality. Hot water was not available in the room - it was just warm water.

Its biggest plus point is that it is located in the heart of the city, just half a km from the Central Bus Station and Railway Station. The room has barely adequate facilities. You do get hot water most of the time. There is enough open area in front of the hotel where you can park your car at your own risk. The check-in was smooth, and so was the check-out. Good if you are travelling solo and not spending much time (except to sleep) in the room.

The room has barely adequate facilities - the equipment works, but is creaky. The Coffee maker's power cord barely reaches the plug point under which it is placed - and it has only tea bags (of some unknown brand) and no coffee bags/ sachets!!!? The linen, towels and the bathrooms are not so clean (but not dirty either). Biggest grouse is that there is no pantry/restaurant, and the only one boy serving all the rooms and the receptionist is hardly at the counter, so you can barely reach out to him. The area is very noisy, and in night it is surrounded by all the travel tour buses spilling all over - so you need to carefully tread past them to reach the road or to get any auto/cab.

AC doesn't seem to work properly, it's atleast unable to cool like a ceiling fan.

Staff was very co-operative they managed us many required thing.

I requested late out but due to weekend it was very problematic. But still they arranged us lounge area.

Not clean, though friendly , but has to improve a lot.

Superb comfort stay. Awesome staff and manager specially karthik and lakhsman bhai were so helpful that our darshan was smooth .no hassle in check in check out .Keep up this good work
