Toilet seats broken. Kettle given was leaking. We needed extra bed checked with reception have they put the bed. They said yes. When we came at 11.30 pm night the bed wasn't it. My dad is on wheelchair and it made it very difficult

Good atmosphere, environment hospitality and higenic

The hotel is a modern building close to the centre of Davangere. Our room (a suite) was very large and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is the staff: they were all very pleasant and could not do enough to help us. Small requests to the reception staff were dealt with instantly: so different from our experience of hotels in Europe. The staff at breakfast were happy in their work and willing to do anything to respond to our requests: again, so much better than we are used to. We should not hesitate to stay at the Ashok Inn when we next visit Davangere and we recommend it to other travellers.

Horrible, like a nightmare

The restaurants weren’t functional, no drinking water. Tea coffee making was impossible.

Behavior of the staff towards guest... especially the lady receptionist who made our stay too uncomfortable and we couldn't even take rest

Little costly. No breakfast for the price paid. When ordered, the food was served cold. It seems the food from the buffet was served.

My suite (#112) was right above the bar, where loud music is played from the evening, which gets lounder and unbearable in the night. It is so loud that the walls shake. And, the room description on booking.com says the room is "silent"! I couldn't sleep all 3 nights till late because of the noise. Repeated complaints to reception did not help. Instead, I was asked to change the room at night!No paid TV channels are available. If you want to watch a channel, staff will come and subscribe to it for a day.Wifi was patchy.

The rooms are nice and clean

The service, which is non existence. There were no towels and took one hour to get help. Power was off for over 45 mins and all were clueless

The hotel looks nice and clean

First, they gave me a non AC room for Rs 2800. Then the windows didn't open. So, the room was suffocating. Then, after arguments they gave me another non AC room where windows could be opened but then millions of mosquitos walked in. I slept zero minutes and checked out at 6am out of frustration and took another hotel. Nowhere they said it was a non AC room. Only when I threatened and took a video that it was illegal to give a room without ventilation, they changed to the openenable window but mosquito filled room. Very poorly behaving staff!

I booked this hotel as I already knew about it and stayed before.

No complaint about hotel. But I did not like your (booking.com) mobile App. It created an issue and confusion after reaching hotel. I never expected that after using booking.com for several years. I was disappointed.

Location is near to highway

Staff is rude and dont understand hotel procedures . Amenities are basic, and the staff is lean

No ceiling fan in primium suits, As we all are used to of ceiling fans even with AC..it's was difficult to get sleep.
