Good staff , good restaurant

Pet friendly hotel and quick service. cleanliness, food taste and hygiene.

Pet charges can be informed in advance. Food prices were high.

Pretty clean space. Large rooms. Good breakfast. Good place to stop over on the way from/to Bangalore to Goa.. Staff was great. Very helpful.

While there were no issues in the room, they can be spruced up more to give good comfort to the customers who stay.

the bathrooms are terrible, with broken seat, very badly designed in terme of functionality there is is sepration between the showe and the rest. its just plonked in the middel of he spave without any shower curtain, ther was no hand tower hook....It just was made with inferior material for the counter top. Taps were also very old....

Restaurant was good and tried to please. Breakfast good but late service. Comfortable sleep with one issue.

Pillows, very old, smelled human head oil smell. Sheets are past by use by date for 4 star hotel. Such hotels should have fresh and well laundered bed linen and towels. Our friends had to ask for sheets to be completely changed. Bathrooms have chipped tiles and very tired.

Location of the property is strategic. The rooms are quite spacious and well appointed. Bed was huge and linen was quite clean Bathroom was spacious and clean. Towels were clean and were of adequate size.

No napkins were provided. Glass door of the shower area was not closing properly with the result the water flowed into the WC area. Bathroom floor was slippery with some oiliness on it.

Nothing we liked in this property they are money oriented never visit this hotel they are coney

No humanity only 1 litre water bottle gave for three persons for 24hrs.As per medical doctors one person has to drink 2litres water per day .

A room booked means, it will accommodate 2 adults and we need to pay extra if third person joins and takes extra bed. But, was said that my booking was for a single person and was charged double as my wife was with me and similar thing happened to the other room I had booked. A big salute for your business module.

Convenient location and dog friendly so a big plus

Their laundry is poor - pillow cases, towels, bath mats all stained and discoloured. Way too pricey for what they offer

They charged extra for allowing a pet which is not mentioned anywhere at time of booking. Finally gave a refund after escalating to owner but definitely not the experience one would want (arguing in front of the family and other guests).

The rooms are well maintained and the staff is also very cooperative and polite. Additionally they also allow pets, so very useful for families who are traveling with their pets.

The stay was very clean and neatly maintained. Rooms were also kept very clean with all the requirements kept ready.Would recommend this place for family stay.

Food prices were slightly on the higher side. However is understandable. Not the biggest of issues in my perspective.

The open air restaurant was very nice and food was good. The room was comfortable.

the electric kettle was faulty. The toilet was very cramped.The breakfast was very average. While there were quite a few items, most were not palatable. Only one bottle of water for two people. Also the price by booking.com was much higher than the rack rates.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.The hotel was in good condition in spite of it being 18 years old.

Bath wash could have been provided instead of just one cake of soap Tea bags could have been of better quality.

the room was nice and clean- very good staff and has ample parking. the open Resturant was very good, the food is above average.

location is 5-6 km inside highway

The location of the hotel is so convenient. Very close to the highway. The facilities are so good.

Of course the price is on the higher side considering that the facility is at a place like Davangare and not in any metro.
