Location and staff are good

Bathrooms need to be maintained properly. A bad stench was coming in the bathroom even after spraying freshener.

The motel was well located in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the central area of town. Our room was clean and comfortable and any items not in the room were quickly provided. The breakfast provided, while simple, was delicious and the breakfast manager was wonderful. He even had our dosa's sliced to avoid us mangling them. He was also extremely helpful in organising tours for us as he spoke beautiful english. Peppers restaurant upstairs had a wide range of dishes all well cooked and served. A lovely touch was the warm water finger bowls provided at the end of the meal. Although there were some language difficulties everything was overcome and always with a huge smile. Special mention to our wonderful smiling doorman.

- Location is a pretty good, close to the city centre.- Room was excellent, big & comfortable- Everything was well maintained & clean- Most of the staff were very helpful when required

- Bathroom could've been bigger- Amenities provided had to be asked for. For instance, we were only provided 1 towel, 1 dental kit, 1 soap etc. on Day 1. We had to ask for extra towel for the 2nd day- Water bottles were not provided on the 2nd day, upon asking, they promised to send us the bottles which never came

Proximity to railway station and service

The room was spacious and neat and tidy.. veg. restaurant was very good.. nonveg restaurant was ok ok location was good within city limits

Room had a good number of mosquitos and they should've gone some amount of fumigation much in advance when we readily informed them that we were checking-in late. Had to ask for a mosquito repellent all through the stay.

Cleanliness of the room, polite and courteous staff. Location is perfect.Would love to stay more and also would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Normally all hotels are providing complimentary break fast. No lunch too. We were forced to go out every day for lunch. We prefer south Indian lunch and dinner which was not provided. .

The AC was not working at ther room given to us. Later i was offered another twin bed room, for a family with a baby. After i was provided another room where the AC was functioning at ther Benning, but it was turned off after every few hours, i had to call and ask for it been turned on. Once i complained at 3 am the staff comes rings the bell waking up my 2yr ol baby, then says i need to check ther AC and walked in to ther room without even asking my permission if he could, It's time ppl learn basic manners. It's finally after multiple calls i could sleep at 7am.

Nothing good plus there was no price change, I booked the room through app thinking there will be some price change but that was not the case, another couple came in same time and paid the same money for the room

One of the worst experience ever. Wont consider booking through your app. Room was not cleaned, bathroom door gets locked for no reason, ac was not working, had to change the rooms and that was huge inconvenience considering I had mu wife and kid with me

They don’t allow international card, very bad all foreign. Tourist pls don’t stay here
