Not really

Toilet seat is too high, can not use it properly. Washbasin splashing water. Train honks all night long. Fraud me taking more than what BDC offered

The stay was really good. But the toiletries were not filled (shampoo and body wash) in one of the rooms.

The manager was not at all cooperative, he was pushing customers for the offline booking and the tariff was really high. If you are planning for the early morning, please don't opt for this hotel. Please plan your trip accordingly. And the reception guy kept calling despite that I said I would need some time to park my car, because I already exhausted due to the travel.

Beds,Sofa chairs, small round table,lighting in room,mirror, cupboard are comfortable. Kettle for hot water with mineral water and tea coffee satchets are provided. Towels are clean. Upholstery is clean. Bathroom and toilet mats daily change is probably not there.

For Senior Citizens, TV. of no value as it is Netflix based. Staff also not trained in its operation. A small bluestar fridge is there. AC needs rehauling. Temperature is not maintained and varying. Similarly fan. Needs rehauling as dust probably there. Intercom system not functional. Plug points some need check up. Shaving kit being given only on demand. Overall worth only Rs 2750/- gross per room single person. Wifi not used due to Security reasons so cannot judge

Location is good, right on PB road. Near to railway station and market.Buffet Breakfast is arranged in restaurant. Qwality and taste is good. Restaurant staff is very nice.

The entrance is a bit steep. Steps are uneven.Room's floor is also not in one level. Just take extra precautions if you are visiting for the first time. It takes time to get adjusted.

By a lot of negative reviews, i had very low expectations on this hotel, but to my surprise it had almost all "required " facilities for a solo traveller like me. I don't know about other rooms, but I can say that the room where i stayed was perfect.

No restaurants attached.

Disappointing

Just for the reason that some parts of the hotel was under renovation inhouse break could not be served as per the time schedule . As our group had pre decided check out and departure we had to leave without having breakfast . There was a delay in refunding the breakfast amounts charged by the hotel .

Property is near to railway station and it’s not shady. It’s good property. Good for one day work travel .

The food they are bringing from some hotels near by. It can be improved.

The beds were soft and sheet & pillow cases were all well cleaned

AC had a leaking issue

Very very small rooms. Whole place has no ventilation so the place does not smell great. It was passably clean. Not worth the money at all.

I think Srigandha residency or your web site has projected the hotel in wrong and false way.We had uncomfortable stay....*AC Was not working*Water faucets in toilet were not *working properly.*Lighting system was bad*TV was not working*There was no breakfast provided though it was supposed to be included.*After some discussion the Manager gave RS.300/-Inspite of this charges were almost equivalent to 4 star hotel.Not fair on the part of the hotel nor on your part to include and promote hote like this by a reputed agency like yoursPrakash H Adnur

Rooms are dirty. They spray lot of room freshnerto hide untidiness but then itsuffocates. No ventilation

The hotel and room was clean and could provide beer and food in room

The room was gloomy without natural light.The advertised restaurant did not exist. Some staff were trying too hard and became a bit irritating.

Rooms were small, amenities were limited, food quality was not great and bed was not clean

The TV was working fine and the room was clean.

There was no complimentary breakfast for the price and the rooms were more expensive than Bengaluru. We rang the reception 4 times from our room and nobody answered so we had to sleep without dinner. The AC was not working. We did not get parking and had to park on the highway which is dangerous.
