It was on the highway, so we could get this as a pitstop for a night and start the next day journey.

The property is extremely dirty. Dirty sheets, pillow covers, dust everywhere in the room. The room was not at all worth the cost. Seeing the state of the room we changed our plans skipped shower and checked out early in the morning. Restaurant is average, food was served extremely late.

All the hotel exterior is covered with stickers beware angry dog which is just stressful for people afraid of dogs. Between the reception/restaurant area and the rooms there is an angry large dog who is very ill mannered and at all times kept on a chain. It scared us every time we passed by as it started barking and growling, jumping aggressively on us, rattling its chain. I was terrified every time and the staff just laughed it off. Poor thing doesn’t even know what a normal dog life is, always on the chain maybe even starved to make it more aggressive.

Amazingly good food. Spacious. Everything was super spacious. Great restaurant and bar ambience. Plenty of parking. Wide stairs and hallways. Spread out restaurant area. Very tastefully done.

Hotel premises needs a bit of simple tidying up and maintenance here and there.

Staff doesn't know how to behave, unclean bathrooms and half the facilities not working bathroom flush , No WIFI , None of the Channels working ( even after recharge as per staff , .. how could this be possible.Half of the time no one at the front desk people and when we call them they shout on us , they are just there to make us pay and document collection . No good at all.I would say you get better places to stay with decent rate and better facilities.

The Cuisine was good, the overall planning is good. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The house keeping is totally abysmal. There was dust on the bedside table, cobwebs on the wall. No exhaust in the Bathrooms, needing the windows to be kept open, leading to an influx of mosquitos.

There was nothing impressive

The receptionist was rude and judgemental. This behavior is hostile for a traveller when they expect safety and comfort at priority. Location is not suitable for women solo traveller.

The location was near national highway which makes it easily accessible. The ambience and the facilities are excellent. The room provided was spacious and king size with AC and all other amenities. The washroom was clean and well maintained. The room is quite enough for a family of 3. They also provide kettle and materials for tea and coffee. The food also was excellent but the price is a bit high. There is also a pool of medium size which can be utilised. Overall I would recommend this resort for stay of 2-3 days and it's worth the money.

There was a bit of an issue. Though I had booked "two" double rooms, i had to pay extra as it seems like I erroneously booked each room as single occupancy. As such there was nothing I needed extra from property, but then I was asked to pay additionally for converting single occupancy to in to the double occupancy. I think this could have been accommodated. I felt this to be unfair and an attempt to take advantage as there was no extra service that was provided by Property.

Disappointing

They call their property pet friendly - charged 500 extra for the pet as well -- but argued and wasted 20 min to heat up the dogs home made food ! No property has ever asked for this earlier and was just a sad argument!

The staff behaviour. Specially the way they behaved with our kids. The cost for extra bed was too expensive i.e 1300. For one kid they charged 1000+. And the way the staff interacted was also rude.
