D'Hotel & Suites

this is the best location to stay in during a visit to dipolog

internet connection is not that great especially on the second floor. had to use my own hotspot

location, clean, and very professional, have stayed several times and always the same experience. will definitely stay again in the future

internet is not very reliable or fast but just use my hotspot in the room and have excellent reception.

Best hotel in dipolog

Internet was not very stable and not very good when it did work

Location was perfect - centrally located in town

Somewhat dated and had an odor to the room

Good location.

The shower head needs cleaning from water mineral buildup. Bathroom smell funky. Would be nice if small mini fridge in the room.

the restaurants where great

chicking out early, sorry, since u booked online cant refund. the view from my room window was the side of the building with a walkway going by, on 3rd floor

Great Staff... Very Nice and Friendly. They respect their guests very much. Early Shuttle to Dipolog Airport was right on time. The food in DiHotels restsurant is great, nice restsurant, air conditioned

Breakfast was good! Restaurant staff was very friendly and cordial.

The elevator was not working during our stay.

Great central location in Dipolog City and close to the airport. Best option in Dipolog if you're looking for a modern hotel. Very comfortable with friendly staff. The restaurant also does good local food and the service is also great. The hotel has its own diesel generator so brown-outs aren't a problem. The free hotel wi-fi was easy to connect to and we had no problems with speed.

The bathrooms need a refresh as the shower heads, although functional, were showing their age with a lot of corrosion. Also it would have been nice to have a glass screen to partition off the shower instead of the shower curtain, which didn't do a very good job of blocking the water from getting onto the main bathroom floor. Also, the included breakfast is pretty basic - just a western option and a filipino option - but fine otherwise.

Very good location and property is quite new

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Had hairs on the floor. Faucet was leaking

Staff is very friendly.Restaurant is ok.

Rooms are very blunt and basic, not very appealing.Bathroom appliances need serious cleaning.Aircon is noisy.

Best hotel in Dipolog, plain and simple. Good breakfast, beautiful rooms and big windows. Responsive staff, you can arrive late no problem

Within the City Centre.

We left a message to the receptionist to ask the housekeepers to clean our rooms as we were leaving early in the morning and not coming back until very late at night. When we came back, we were surprised and disappointed to see nothing was cleaned at all.

The breakfasts are very good and the service crew are very good. Also the price are very good. I have nothing to ask for more.

I have nothing to ask for more

near the City

Well overall I really like the fact that was close to everything the only thing is no Taxi and I choose the wrong room

Staff and location.

AC not cold.We were provided with electric fan to help

The breakfast is good but i wonder why the fruit is not being served anymore. The location is good

The heater in the bathroom is defective

Location was good. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Need better water pressure. The shower head needs replaced, only half the nozzles sprayed water.

good location

power cut and air conditioning not good.

Right at the centre of the city. Staff were very accommodating & friendly. Breakfast was good but not much choices compared to the last couple stays we had.

Bathrooms need upgrading, shower is old & slow.
