Ariana Hotel

Nice rooms, nice pool, excellent breakfast.

Everything was fine.

The wi-fi the room did not work the restaurant itself did not have not have 6 items on the menu cable without about 3 days

The food at the hotel was good and the pricing was good as compared to other hotel dining. The staff at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

there was a rat in our room, it made a mess. I asked the mgmt. to put traps but they did not. waited poolside 1 hour and had to go place my own order. They double charge my best man but did later give it back. walkways covered in moss. garden room ha!

Very nice room. Need was very comfortable

Beautiful landscape and friendly staff! The staffs were accommodating and helpful!

The water in the shower smelled weird when we got there at first. We also developed bad coughs while staying there, unsure of the reason but we suspected the air conditioner. The symptoms began as soon as we arrived and ended right after leaving.

Great location! quiet area, walked to the airport. Housekeeping staff were very nice. Beautiful garden, great AC, pillows & super soft towels.

No one meets you to help with luggage. Front desk could be better. Room walls aren't soundproof at all. Gloomy room lighting. No safe for valuables. Tiny mirror.Bathroom: dirty tiles & grout! Low water pressure, shower head was clogged, slow drainage, faulty water heater--erratic function no matter what the setting, conks out mid-shower. We requested another room, better but hardly.

Location, big parking

The restaurant sometimes forgets about your breakfast..

The location was near the airport, staff were lovely and helpful, and it has a lovely pool area too

The rooms/toilets looked a bit old

Location is great, near the airport - walkable distance. Lovely swimming pool

Breakfast was good. Location is great

Suggestion made to help desk for hand and face towels be available.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed over during Christmas and it was great, food for breakfast was good too, and the rooms are tidy and spacious, good for 3 people. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. Location is so close to Dipolog airport and close drive to restaurants and malls. Overall a great stay!

Location good

Room had no facecloths , no water for drinking , little toilet rolls , no body wash , the shower was poor condition, ants all over the tables inside the room , the breakfast was poor

Near the airport , clean, value for money

Things to improve would be the service. More customer centric, welcoming and go out of the way to be hospitable

Tablea chocolate cafe, lady was super nice, food/drinks were really good!

The cleanliness of the room was not good, didn’t feel clean and it smelt like mould. Was disappointed with the abandoned bar next to the pool, as we were expecting to spend most of our time at the pool sipping on drinks. The breakfast food was bad, our food was served cold. The staff wasn’t helpful, my brother was staying a couple of rooms down from me. His neighbour was extremely noisy (yelling and making alot of noise all hours of the day into late at night), we asked the staff to do something about it and they did not care, which was strange as they have signs all over the hotel that say “observe silence”.For the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it.

Good at the restaurant was exceptional.

Lack of communication that the room i booked was not available. Also being charged the same rate for a standard room as for the garden room that i had booked.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, very beautiful building. Close to the local airport. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Nice location

Dusty air conditioning & custains. I kept on sneezing.

The location to airport

No slippers. The corridor smelll medicine due to there cleaning agent. The room is very far! The breakfast was a bit small.

Enjoyed their clean and cozy rooms with courteous and friendly staffs. Its conducive location being almost adjacent the airport is an advantage. Will always be a great choice to stay during every business visit in the city to find rest end of the day.

Mode lights in the rest rooms, needed to bring in brighter light bulbs or tleast to switch one when needed

The place would be great with better management

Management is very poor. The cleaning staff were all sitting in a room all morning waiting for checkout time instead of clearing and restocking the guests that are staying. The Restaurant told when we walked in for dinner at 7:15 that the only thing we could have is dimsum be closing at 7:30. Out of many times I ordered at the restaurant they never got my order correct or everyone else in my party received their meals and were almost finished eating before my meal arrived.
