JV HOTEL @ SIMPANG AMPAT

I didn't expect this is soooo bad. Looks okay in booking.com but in real hmmm ?. No elevator. Door locks not working well. Not safe. Smells weird. Not recommended.

Nothing! The room is Full of smoke.Users are allowed to smoke inside room.Really damn lousy. Please don't come here unless you have no choice

Everything…Parking no reservation for customer

Easy to park but not sure if during peak times like school holidays. Nice receptionist, easy to talk and helpful.

Television viewing channels can be improved and further enhanced. Bathroom facilities also need to be improved. Additional room security locks need to be added. If you don't like to go out for a walk, the convenience of restaurants and grocery stores is a bit far.

The hotel provides a comfortable stay with essential amenities. The water heater works efficiently, ensuring warm showers whenever needed. The water pressure is strong and consistent, making for a refreshing experience. Additionally, the air conditioning system is cool and effective, maintaining a pleasant indoor temperature. Overall, a great place for a comfortable stay!

However, there are some aspects that could be improved. The toilet cleanliness could be better, as it was a bit dirty during my stay. I also noticed a spider at the window, which may indicate a need for better maintenance. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could provide a jug kettle in the room for added convenience.

3pm to check in. Timing too late. Check out time should be allowed till 1pm then.

Can't accept the condition of the side table. The toilet's roll cover so dusty. Overall floor not clean.

Room large and comfortable

The shower broken before I used

I like the room, the bed nice, the pillow also soft and I have a great sleep all night. The toilet also clean. Overall is awesom3

Location of hotel, no restaurant nearby. Glass for toothbrush in toilet need to be clean or maybe can change.

Small room. Short stay should be ok. Value for money.

No wardrobe. Difficult to keep things.
