Hotel Alpha

The receptionist is good and the room is clean. Parking is easy

Soundproof is poor

Hotel Alpha is strategically located in Perda at BM. I stayed for two nights celebrating Christmas with family and friend. The hotel room is clean and equipped with a/c, mini bar, TV, kettle, coffee sachet, mini shower gel, shampoo as complimentary, safe box, writing table and chair, comfortable bed with soft linen towel, clean bathroom with bidet, shower rose and heater. The lobby is very spacious, tidy with nice sofa seat and the air is fresh too. I also took some beautiful Christmas tree photograph at the lobby. The management and staffs always give the best service, have the cutest smile and I'm happy to be part of Hotel Alpha, BM

Great for work travel, calm and peace during night time

Is hard to find parking before 5pm

The hotel and room is clean and tidy. Water pressure was very good. I liked the water dispenser available at every floor. Save energy to boil and save water to drink, reduce single use of plastic bottles and promote green and sustainability.

The front hotel can be improved with good lighting outside the hotel. Make it bright at night like the bank next door. And, repair the drain cover at front of the hotel. Someone coud mis step it and fall into it.

Located in shop area. Easy to find halal foods

A bit small room

The staffs are really helpful and friendly. The room is clean and smells nice. Totally worth the money for a budget hotel. Near KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital.

So far, everything is to my expectation for a budget hotel.

room is not clean, the wire cover at bed open and it very dangerous . the hotel is smelly with the burning "colok" at the whole floor, create the uncomfortable to guest.

the atmosphere of the smell create unpleasant and smelly environments to the guest. this should not happen at the hotel and it should be safe, best and harmony to stay

Room clean and available car parking lots

Room size is smaller and a little bit uncomfortable

The room is clean but there is mosquito in the room and toilet. Besides that, should label the WiFi password in the room or provide the card holder with the WiFi password instead of showing on the counter.

Easy and comfortable for one night stay

Wifi abit slow and the television not really clear

the bed is comfortable & toilet is clean

room is a bit too small. hard to pray

Very clean and easy to stay. The staff so friendly and helpful. I got my room same with the picture i book. The hotel near with many shop and food stall. Love it!

The parking lot

The room suitable for family in this hotel. Had small refrigerator , coway and also surau at beginning to taking the lift. The staff also polite and alert that my brother had left the card appointment at hotel. There are really responsible staff which calling me if I had missed out my brother card appointment. For me it’s valuable for the money to staycation again in this hotel. Thank you hotel alpha ? sorry I forget to taking picture the room.

Location & Nice Bed

No Fridge

location. prepared toothbrush, soap, towel

the room smells not good when we entered the room. toilet too. there s many hair in the toilet after we open the toilet's door. there's many small ants on the table beside the bed.

The receptionist and also the housekeeping were really nice and very welcoming!! I will definitely come back for my next stay with friends ? Last but not least, the price and cleanliness match the standard of the hotel ?

Very clean. Towel.bedsheet and pillow also the room

Was ask to pay extra RM49 for viewing window. But the window facing behind other building and not a pleasant view at all. Waste of money

Clean

The reception miss out my booking. Ask my name then said not here. Maybe should ask for confirmation number first

Standard room with double bed space is small. Design is small room, toilets space is bigger. Deluxe with double bed much better but is opposite. Room a bit bigger than toilet. Spacing for deluxe room also is just suit for one person walk thru and luckily our luggage not much. If much cannot imagine where can get the space to put. Lobby is clean and staff also friendly

Spacing of the room is small for standard and deluxe. Thought deluxe room is bigger but is only bigger a bit than standard about 1 feet. So when put our luggage in is a bit hard for us to toilet.
