It wasn't mentioned in booking.com website either. Kinda absurd because we are staying at hotel for different2 purposes therefore we do expect to move freely anytime wanted. Managed to sort it out. The staff will open the door upon calling his mobile number. No frigde provided but still ok considering this is a budget hotel after all.
