Need to improve hygiene and more cleanliness because i got my bedroom very dirty with dust bed sheets it seem like not change at all

Need to improve hygiene and more cleanliness because i got my bedroom very dirty with dust bed sheets it seem like not change at all. I book 2 rooms 1 for my parents and my parents really disappointed with their room. Need to improve more and more

Staff friendly. Value money.

There is a leak on the ceiling of the room. The ceiling in the toilet has holes.

The staff did not tell the right rules to extend the time. Staff raised her voice and did not give the right solution.

The shower and bed mattress are good and comfortable enough for me to extend another night. The management staff is gracious enough to give us 2 additional pillows (upon request) to the room with no extra charges.

Improvement to be made:No wardrobe to hang the clothings or alternatively fix more hangars.The hand bidet is broken.Room a bit small and narrow for Muslim to place the praying mat for Solat. Public parking lots in front of property, need to pay parking fee during workday hours or running risk of being given traffic fines by local authorities.

Friendly staff. Very thorough explanation of rules and room conditions. She informed us about the ongoing renovation work that might cause noise in the daytime. We also got two complimentary packs of peanuts for snacks. Cute :)

The room has no space for praying. The floor space is ngam ngam for the queen bed and side tables. Not to be frowned upon though. Since the room size is quite small, the limited space is to be expected. Surprisingly, the bathroom is pretty spacious, almost the same size (if not bigger) than the bed area. Boleh berjoget dalam toilet luls.

Clean, the decoration is modern.

No space for praying. They could provide single bed instead of queen. I have to pray on bed.

Nice interior designing modern and minimalist. Actually this is 2nd time i stayed in this hotel. The appliances such as mugs & lamps are from IKEA. Clean toilet and comfort bed.

Parking need to pay or else you will easily get summoned by authority.

Photos uploaded here look clean & comfy, but when i checked in the room, it doesn’t seem like it. Location is considered good as I have event going on in Kulim. That’s the only good point of this hotel.

Bathroom ceiling got hole, has water leaking issue, bed blanket got dirty stain & hair, the room ventilation is not good at all as the unit has no window & air ventilator is just merely working.Sound proof is super terrible, as when people walking up the floor, i can listen to their footsteps and when guests talk/shout in the corridor at midnight, we all can hear it while sleeping.

Good staff service. Reasonable and worth the price. 2 packs of salted peanuts provided during check in. RM50 refundable deposit. Stayed in room 240. Walking distance to Lotus and few eateries available nearby. Quite neighbourhood. Toothbrush provided. Coway and iron available at the hallway. Paid parking lots in front of the inn, please pay using Kulim parking apps to avoid summons.

No lift available, just few stairs. Window is moldy and water dripping from the aircond throughout my whole stay.

All is ok for me except both room which requested to tidy up was not done. I had stayed here for second times due to our rooms were tidy up for all three days on my previous visit but this time around, I am quite disappointed a bit the room were not tidy up. i booked the hotel this time around due to my previous visit experience.I hope my feedback will wake the hotel staff up as this hotel is clean, value for money on their facilities plus location is easy to access and local food is just nearby.But if small services are not up to standard, it will scared off the potential visitors.I will visit Kulim again this September school holiday, I hope the hotel will improve the services if I choose to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is clean, Aircon is cold, Coway filter water and vending machine for drink, car park and etc

Its noisy due to a group of guests stay in the hotel for that night.Noisy until late night at 11.00pm, cannot sleep.Hotel management please alert on this.

My recent stay at the hotel left me feeling disappointed due to the constant noise emanating from the neighboring room, despite clear instructions displayed throughout the premises to maintain quietness after 10 pm.From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and attentive staff. However, my experience took a nosedive when the tranquility of the evening was shattered by loud voices and other disturbances coming from the next room well past the designated quiet hours.Despite the hotel's clear signage reminding guests to keep noise levels down after 10 pm for the comfort of all guests, it was disheartening to see these instructions blatantly disregarded by some occupants. The disruption significantly impacted my ability to rest and enjoy my stay, ultimately tarnishing what could have been a pleasant experience.While I understand that occasional disturbances are inevitable in a shared accommodation environment, I believe it's essential for the hotel management to enforce their policies more rigorously to ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.In conclusion, while my stay at Urban Inn was marred by the noise disruption from the neighboring room after the designated hours, the exceptional services provided by the hotel staff and the overall quality of the facilities cannot be overlooked. I hope that in the future, the hotel takes more proactive measures to enforce its noise regulations, ensuring a more peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Free water. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Still recommended to stay.

If you drive the car and if is the weekdays, you are advised to pay the government car park lots RM3 for whole day.

Clean & comfortable room. Convenient cz close to lotus and shoplots. Easy to park.
