The housekeeping lady was really good and was fast on her job. Really like the was she do her job and was polite and helpful. Hope that she will get another person to help with her job.
No greeting from the receptionist staff. Is was noisy until my son 9 month old could not sleep peacefully. When told the receptionist guy about this he reply me back that the guest is regular so he told us if wan he would like to change our room at 2.30am. I told him my daughter already sleeping and my son could not sleep peacefully because of the noise of the next room how do u want us to change the room at this time. No maintenance staff to assist if there is any problem happen. The housekeeping lady was very pleased and polite to us. She is the only lady that cleaning the rooms all if possible please get another person to help her on her job. Overall it was not that good on the service except the housekeeping lady only make us to stay longer. Thank you
