Location is good, n staff excellent. Hotel is managed very well, facilities are top notch! Nasi kandar n malay eateries nearby, with options for vegetarians!

The TV reception was poor, and the picture quality was poor. It would be beneficial to upgrade the TV and provide guests with options to use HDMI or access streaming services like Netflix. Additionally, no movie channels were available.
The TV was an old model, the iron was shared, and no plastic bag was provided for dirty clothes.
The bed was comfortable enough and I slept well... after a 30 hour journey. The AC in the room worked. The shower worked, although it didn't drain as quickly as the water flowed in...
The room was acceptable but it didn't match the pictures provided online. Overall it was comfortable and quiet but the facility was more worn than it's made to appear. They require a RM50 CASH deposit even if you've paid in full online, so bring cash or be prepared to walk to the ATM at the petrol station down the block. The hallways and elevators were hot and stuffy, one of the elevators didn't work the day I checked out, and I wouldn't sit on the furniture in the lobby if I was wearing clean clothes. It's not a bad hotel, but it's not a good hotel, either. It's just about acceptable for the price.
