Galaxy Hotel SIMPANG AMPAT

Room - clean and big for me and family. AC is not that cold (room 307) at first but will get colder in some times. Other room AC is better than mine. Location wise - very convenient and nearby our Wedding Event. Petrol pump and shops are also nearby.Bathroom - Water pressure is nice. Got ice cream, instant noodle and mineral water at the counter, where you can purchase directly.

Pillow - I think 2 nos of pillow is better rather than 1 for per bed.

The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and reasonably priced.

at about 10am the staff called and asked what time will I check out which to me is actually kinda not nice and not professional.. we knew our check out time and infact i already check out at 5am in the morning

Location was excellent about 10 minutes to Stadium Batu Kawan.. there's a Kedai mamak downstairs which is convenient. Family room was spacious..?

Comfy stay close to highway. Good sized room, clean sheets, towel. Decent toilet. Staff was friendly. Easy check in/out. Parking roadside in front of hotel. Will stay again.

Nothing- it s nothing fancy but good value for money.

The location is close to the main places. Close to restaurants.

The lights in the room are not suitable in the room.

I appreciate the Cleanliness. Above all I liked my stay in this hotel. I will come again before the end of this year .

The telephone in my room was disconnected and was not fixed even though I asked the reception to fix it. This made me uncomfortable regarding communication with room service when in need. Came on a vacation from Australia. Will be coming again to this hotel as I liked the location.

Accessible to my working place

The pillows smelt. No phone to call to reception. No hair dryer. A room for 3 but only 2 pairs of slippers and 2 hangers.

The room was very clean. The location is near to Penang 2nd bridge.

There is no fridge and should put sejadah inside the room.

1. the building is poorly maintained, it is not what you seen in the photos2. water leaking (shower head and roof) inside the toilet (can feel water drop on my head when i sit on the toilet bowl)3. my food was surrounded by ants even i have placed it on top of dressing table (no refrigerator in the room)4. hair dryer not provided, have to request at the counter

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Ample parking.

The room is still spacious. The toilet got water heater, as i am travelling with baby it is very convenient. There is kedai mamak near by also very convenient.

I just stayed there and I didn't take breakfast. The location of the hotel is close to my workplace. just take a few minute to arrived at my place.

the location is very suitable, the facilities need to be upgraded.. many of the equipment provided are almost broken.. the phone provided is also very unsatisfactory. there is no wire.. there needs to be a convenient laundromat for anyone staying at the hotel to wash their own clothes..please service the aircond

Booking for second time cause very good experience for the first stay with 2 bed queen room. Unfortunately, this second time nothing’s impressed but stressed.

At first time during oct 2023 i booking 2 queen bed for my family and very clean and nice room.But NO for this time. I choose family room extended from previously causes this time added with my brother. But the room is very dusty, not clean, the worst things about the bathroom door already broken and can’t closed properly?! Also the shower’s sliding door. Our family not argued cause already tired and thinking just only one night to stay here. But please2, keep the room clean and all facilities are working not broken? One more thing, the stain at sofa bed might be (blood stain) need to double check and clean it yaa. The curtain also ‘dah tercabut dari tempat dia’ and pipe water in bathroom very2 slow. Omg this is the worst and me and my family not happy for this stay. Please improve

Overall, satisfied with the hotel service from the room cleanliness, toilet & the bed. The room quite spacious if you take double twin room - perfect for family stay. Also, got underground parking no need to worry about your car safety.The location really nice reachable to go nearest eateries at Iconic Point.
