There are tons of restaurants and convenient stores around this hotel which I liked the most. I parked my car in the hotel and walked to one of the restaurants to have my dinner. They do provide me complimentary car park by allowing me to use the room card at the car park entry/exit machine. No extra validation need to be done and this saved me a lot of hassle. The room is spacious and every basic need is provided. Long mirror is attached in the washroom and girl will quite enjoy selfie moment a lot.

The hotel charged higher price per night than average rate mentioned in their marketing material which I never expected. I booked the room for my friend Penang Bridge International Marathon. Car park space are limited in the building, so if you reach hotel in the late night, most probably your car will need to park outside the hotel.

Very good accessibility to the highway northbound or southbound and ample eateries and shops nearby. It has EV charging parking bays and we were happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

There may not be sufficient soundproofing between the event hall and the rooms close to that floor, as the loud music, singing and MC announcements can be clearly heard in the room. This is a disturbance to peaceful sleep and quiet time in the room.

I love coming here. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Always a smile to great you. Breakfast is a must

The breakfast buffet was good. The room was spacious.

The corridor to my room had a kind of damp smell. I had informed front desk, they said they will get someone to spray freshener or so. But the smell was still there during my 3D2N stay. It looked more rundown from the first time I stayed there.

Staff effort. The room on a non-smoking floor smelled like someone smoked in it. The staffs tried their best to get rid of the smell but was unsuccessful. They changed me to another room eventually.

Making sure non-smoking room is non-smoking. Try masking the smoking smell by spraying air freshener is a futile exercise.

The location is convenient with eatery next door.

The double bed is make up two single bed which make it uncomfortable.

The rooms and facilities were all up to expectation. Very recommended. They tried their best to accommodate to our every needs.

There was no supermarket nearby. Had to walk a distance to get any emergencies. Had alot of non halal eating options nearby.

Great location in an area with lots of great food options. Well located not far from the highway exit. Rooms are a good size for the price.

Some of the staff are still young, learning the ropes and inexperienced. But that's ok. They just need a bit more time to get better

Bathroom light too dim. Need it to be brighter. Air conditioning in the room is too cold even though I set it to 27deg C. It always went back to 25.5 deg C. But the temperature was much lower than 25.5 as I felt it.After staying for 4 nights, my request to have a late checkout at 5.00pm on 31st March (Sunday) was rejected. A little disappointed as we all knew that the occupation rate on Sunday was not high and you could have easily accommodated my request.

Plenty of food restaurants around the vicinity, there are Chinese, Japanese as well as Korean foods too. Few watering holes to chill up the night and easy access to Penang bridge as well as the expressways!!
