No Lifts

Our room was upgraded free of charge to a family room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant as the room appeared to be haunted, the bathroom tap turned on by itself. This was very frightening, and we were not informed of this issue by the staff prior to our stay.

Located centrally but its a very small town!

the rooms are not maintained properly. Dusty tables, counter tops. Bathroom dirty n water pressure very bad. Towels are very old, are thin n fibrous. Soaps/shampoo toxic. Room not worth the price, it should be half that rate! No lifts, seniors have to climb up to rooms with luggage!

please improve and make sure room clean

i ordered 8 rooms room 231 & 237 did not clean well , the glasses was so dirty the beds also very dirty , it has liquids stuff that's smells so bad . you also didn't give towel in room 231 & 237

Good swimming pool and nice quiet location

Water pressure in bathroom too slow and no elevator is quite a challenge for elderly

Conveniently located near the wet market, with easy access to delicious local food. The hotel is old, but the management has made commendable efforts to maintain it well. Don’t expect luxury—just a simple, comfortable place to rest and recharge.

The furniture is very old, and the bed/mattress is really noisy. Please consider replace with new furnitures and bed.

To be honest, if you fancy new furniture in hotel, this place is not for you. However, if you value tranquility, peace of mind, waking up to fresh air, with the sound of birds chirping, greenery, strolling around the hotel garden or even nearest Kulim's Park after meals, have your kids running around in the garden instead of being stuck into the gadgets, then this is the ONE and ONLY place in Kulim to check in.Room is spacious, view is gorgeous !!! Best of all FRESH AIR! and it is FOC.

Cleaner should spend bit more effort in cleaning especially the bathroom. Spray some bleach into the corner of bathroom, leave it there for while and scrub it gently.It's is such a nice hotel, just being extra clean in this area will bring up the value. Of course, for those who don't fancy brand new furniture when checking in :) .... or you may bring your own furniture ... :p

I love the kid swimming pool, however it is not well managed, the water seem like dirty.

The hotel need to refurbishment as all the facilities seem too old style. Even the room do not have the telephone to connect to receptionist.

I did not sign up for breakfast.

I always do brisk walk while I stay here. However, the small door near the pool is always locked and it takes a while for staff to come and unlock.

Sheets were stained, they had to change it for us. Wall of room had a huge stain too, like someone threw coffee at it. Bathroom was not clean and rundown. Not comfortable to use at all.

Building from outside looks impressive. Probably was good once new. Good location, nice outside garden, near lake

Guest rooms appear as if no maintenance was done the last 20+ years (except air conditioning unit was relatively new). While bedding, floor and sink were reasonable clean, everything else (i.e. tiles in bathroom, underside of sink, cupboards and drawers etc.) was in a filthy state - as if not cleaned for years.

Serene meadows surrounded by park and lake...Beautiful location among the greenery. Good food and friendly staff.

All the facilities are provided.

There are fews lights does not working. During my stay, there are blackout happens for two times.

Makanan sedap! ?? . Stafff baik! Love! Kne naik tangga is normal exercise for us ???...

Hihi mcm biasala if stay mmg akan ad something akan say hello ?‍♂️.. but itsokay just enjoy my short trip with husband ?

Only Location is Good.

No Proper lighting in the room. Water heather no pressure at all. The room is very dusty cleanliness is not there at all. Bad Smell. Toilet bowl leaking. Hotel management really need to look into the cleanses of the room very disappointing everything is dusty in the room.
