Room clean up. For consecutive days, room was not cleaned when we returned late afternoon although the sign to clean up room was up.No shower screen in bathroom. Toilet gets wet.

Location is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very limited hotel parking space infont of the hotel but it is easy to find metered parking after you pay on the App.
We stayed at the hotel 2-3 years ago when it first opened and it was nice. Staying there this time, the hotel looks very tired. Bathroom has a terrible design where there is a curtain that gets wet when you have a shower. This results in the room being smelly and musty. Walls are very thin.

The hotel is feeling tired only about 2-3years. Room smells musty. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and the room next door. The occupant next door tried to open my door that is shared for an interconnecting room at 4:30am on two nights. Not the fault of the hotel but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Breakfast was ok to fill you up. Coffee passable.
There are a lot of restaurant nearby hotel - mostly is non halal, only a few numbers of halal/pork free outlet. It is very nearby to highway, easy to access without hassle of being in traffic jam.
Room is small size for the price of RM 260 per nite, and I dislike the toilet concept which is see thru glass with cloth curtain that you have to pull to close the glass.Only provided 2 glass which I deem is not suitable for coffee making.No closet, and had to hang my blouses on the wall hook.Limited TV channel

I had stayed here fo many times. The price had increased significantly recently. The worker insist don't provide the invoice and said this is the policy. Feels like get cheated because don't provide the invoice.Feel the worker not getting train well. The quality compare to last year drop.

Location is convenience and near to the Penang bridge
It was located near to the main road and I could hear the noise especially there is a heavy vehicle like truck or lorry pass by.
Reception is unfriendly during check out, provide wrong info on the retrieval of invoice and don’t have the courtesy to inform until we call to hotel to inquire.

The sound of the closing door is too loud and you can heard other guests open and closing the door. Beside that the hotel is near the main road. Traffic sound from the main road will be heard during the busy of the day.
