Vangohh Eminent Hotel & Spa

Room is spacious with all amenities, the swimming pool is fantastic, kids really liked it so much.

The location is a bit far from main attractions, but it is a good place for a short rest.

Very convenient location for my purpose

Maybe the breakfast should be ala carte instead of buffet as the occupancy is not high. Lots of wastage. But I shouldn't complain as it was complimentary. Also during check-in, the front desk didn't know that I have already paid and created some unnecessary anxiety.

The location was near to my meeting venue. Free parking. There was restraurant in the hotel itself. Good food.

the bed and pillows

lack of communication when wanting to go for breakfast we walk in and then walked out

Surrounding Quiet

No Breakfast Including for 5 Star Hotel , Not Male Sense with the pricing

Spa in the property itself hence privacy spa is available.

lumps of dusts on the lights and certain area and not so friendly/welcoming staffs. the area is also situated in a very remote area (nearby villages), road access is extremely difficult and challenging to get back to/from the property due to no traffic lights, small road and low street lights

The breakfast was good. Quiet place.

Some band or pianist for nice music.

Very good among hotels nearby. Very good value for the money. I was used to the bride & groom preparation for the wedding ceremony, very suitable and conducive. Feeling proud of having this hotel nearby.

A media provider is not enough cause we want to have an astro channel but unfortunately cannot use only fixed movies and in chinese wording, it is a little hard to understand but it's okay to improve more.

The location of the hotel was easy to locate. fair amount of parking space

It would have been better for the staff to check on all the facilities in the room before the guest arrive. I paid for the room which included a jacuzzi only to have found out that during the stay the jacuzzi is not working . The room which I paid for inwhich inlcudes the jacuzzi comes with a high price so I expect for it to be functioning. It dod not function although a technician was sent up to the room , I was told it can only be fixed 2 days later . What a waste of money, isnt the management supposed to inspect and do a routine maintenance on all the facilities in the room. I did not receive any refund but was just offered a late check out which is not sufficient at all

Nice surroundings

Room was not sound proof. Noisy. Karaoke till wee hours.

like the theme suite and spacious

cleanliness can be better, my hotel suite was quite dusty, some glassware in the mini bars were missing, hotel does not have restaurants so no breakfast available, severe wear and tear on the sofa and bath robes (ripped fabric on the sofa and holes in bath robes), hotel facilities are open to non hotel guests

new and clean

a bit noise at lobby

Disappointing

Paid for 3 guests but get only 2 sets of items. Non smoking room but got smoking smell. Also got fly stayed in the room.

The two super single beds were enough for four of us to sleep soundly.

Fewer choices of breakfast. There is a small cafe beside the swimming pool that serves breakfast but without a menu card. Secondly, there is no lifeguard at the swimming pool. Even for the children's pool.

No breakfast provided as the number of rooms are limited, but I like the concept and the privacy the hotel gave. the beds were comfy, the bathroom and toilet was clean.

Comfy bedVariety OF TV program

Hotel staff didn't take notice of special request that i have made, literally feel disappointed.

lovely place, best swimming pool and room so big, i upgrade to executive suite

no breakfast ,

Quite spacious inside the room we stay, and cleanliness.

Hu tong Restaurant have flies around, and sound proof at room very lousy. Outside voices so loud during late night. Very uncomfortable, please enhanced that

nice renovation

not value for nearly one thousand per night , used tower beside the jacuzzi, previous consumers drinks inside the chiller , dirty tatami mat with lots of water mark , very disappointed

i like how unique is the room and place but the downside is the service of the staff is really bad i mean it by really bad, they doesn’t even offer help with my heavy bag and doesn’t also open the door for us, the cleanliness is quite poor the floor is so sticky. Tried to ordered the room service menu but they say only have chinese cuisine which is non halal not recommended at all. Better go to HARD ROCK PENANG better service and place to stay and staff really friendly and helpful

the service and the staff
