Great view and staff.

The on site beach is a little dirty and the ocean itself smells not great. The check-in/check-out process, in an effort to be fancy, becomes far more complicated and stressful than necessary.

House keeping should have cleaned the balcony and the food whilst excellently varied needed more quality

Even though it's not a new building, it is well maintained. The beach is amazing. Breakfast is fine.

Very well placed on a great beach. Nice swimming pool. Clean and new rooms. If you book Chalet Beach King rooms you will be directly on the beach. Best hotel on Uppuveli Beach.

We stayed at Trinco Blu for two nights and had a truly memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the beach views were absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky with the weather too - visiting during peak season in the North Eastern region of Sri Lanka meant sunny skies and calm, pool-like ocean waters.A special mention goes to the front office staff, who were incredibly supportive when my partner wasn’t feeling well. They promptly arranged for the on-call doctor to visit our room. The doctor was professional, attentive, and prescribed the necessary medication. Despite being under the weather, my partner was able to enjoy the stay thanks to the excellent room service and the staff’s thoughtful care.I'd especially like to thank Rohan (Front Office Manager), Sithara (Guest Services Manager), and team members Murali, Prem, and Ravi for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out.We’ll definitely be back! ?

- The suite's washroom had a bad odor from time to time - There are way too many crows in the area but not sure what the hotel can do about that

The location of the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was lot of variety of food and was very tasty. Staff was helpful and professional. Really enjoyed our stay

Foods are great, really friendly staff they are really helpful. Rooms are clean and well organized.

Even we asked for queen bed, we got two single beds. Kid has a difficulty in sleeping that night.
