The Lagoon view which can see through the balcony was exceptional. My whole family enjoyed the evening sunset. And also the staff was very friendly and provided good service. Their Indian menu was very delicious. Me and my family loved it. It's ideal place for the people who like to spend calm and quiet environment.

Room size is not enough for 4 people family

Clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good meals available on request. Early check-in was allowed - I arrived on the overnight train, so that was helpful.

Could use more electrical outlets: e.g., to recharge phone or plug in laptop. Not very close to any shops or (other) places to eat.

The rooms were perfect - very clean, spacious, comfortable and had all the facilities you would need. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. They have a menu for room service which was really well priced and their own restaurant which was really nice - we enjoyed breakfast delivered to our room.

You need to drive to access the sites which wasn’t an issue for us but something to note.

The room and its facilities were in wonderful condition. The view of the lagoon was wonderful, and the food served was delicious.

We had asked the hotel for a late checkout at 5pm, since our next train was at 7pm. We received a message saying “Okay welcome”. However when the day arrived, we were told we had to check out at 12:30pm maximum as another guest had to move in. This was a misunderstanding and mistake on the hotel’s end. We had no where else to go and 6 hours to kill. We were arranged by the hotel to stay at the rooftop restaurant, where there was a strong fan and good views. During that time, for rest, I had made a make shift bed out of the restaurant chairs. It would have been a normal visit but this one issue definitely put a nail in our day.

The AC worked good, hot shower, nice fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful in every issue. The food was good and cheap.The location is very quiet, but it is not close to the beach or other tourist points. No problem for us, since we rented a motorbike.

My stay was decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The room met expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The location was excellent, and offered a beautiful view of the lagoon.

However, there was a drawback with numerous dogs outside barking at night, impacting the quality of my sleep.

The wi-fi wasn’t great but I think they were having issues with power cuts etc during our stay.

Tidy hotel, big room, nice bathroom, reasonable WiFi.

Well equipped for the price ( fridge, tea&coffee, kettle, air con and fan).

A little bit of road noise due to location

Good simple property for one night, staff were excellent, and the location overlooked the lagoon but not far from the local restaurants
