It is located right on the waterfalls. It is a beautiful view
The majestic view from the Hotel, you cannot get this anywhere else. You can view 3 different waterfalls from the Hotel. The staff at the reception are very helpful with very personalised service. Little things like getting packed breakfast and arranging tuk-tuk (when Pickme is non-existent in Rhamboda) definitely made our stay very pleasant.

Cons -

We didn't enjoy the food that much considering the exorbitant price. Apart from the buffet, the ala carte menu is disappointing. There is much room for improvement in terms of variety and quality (taste). The management should sample the menu themselves to assess the quality.
