property is just ok spacious but look like old . breakfast is below average. Better to have from outside . I booked for same day check in the early morning . But the staff need money to confirm the booking . But nothing mentioned in the booking.com . They keep calling me to pay the money if not we will cancel the booking As I was am traveling from abroad , my cards are not working for some reason . So I have to contact some one else to pay and confirm . I feel little bit disappointment and when I discuss my concern , the staff is too rude to me . Anyway I will not choose again

Staff behaviour and location was very good

The towels were too old and smelled bad, could not be used.Also the room allocated first was old and broken, the fan regulator and phone were not working.The room was changed on request.. the restaurant was not available for lunch and for breakfast I should give a number before 7pm which was not possible to confirm. Also the room service was not available on the phone, busy all the time and didn't contact back too

The bed was generally comfortable, more plush than firm. Pillows were ok. The room had space to walk around.

The entire hotel feels old and musty. The hallways are dark and dank. Doesn't feel very nice. The room had a few issues.The bathroom had an odd smell to it, despite being supposedly cleaned. The shower head is full of black spots and the bathroom is quite dark even with all the lights on.The fan speed adjustment in the main room was not working, so I had to rely on the AC. Wallpaper is peeling off.

Nice spacious room friendly staff available 24/7 , room service also great the hotel location is almost 8 minutes by walk to Kottayam ksrtc stands overall I liked it and I will be back .

The only downside I saw is there WiFi it so slow and difficult to connect

Location was good ..near the flower market and also near, walking distance to Thirunakkara mahadev temple and SriKrishna temple.The staff at the reception super friendly and always with a smiling face..very helpful in providing tips and directions etc.The breakfast was also ok, nothing to complain.Overall a nice place to stay.

Nothing much... all was very great and good atmosphere... especially varun staff was very friendly with family members and immediate response for every thing...food was very great and fresh... Great support from varun staff....untime also they prepared tea for me.......next time I am very sure if I come to Kottayam i will stay and we will eat restaurant food... good service in the restaurant too

Door lock wasn’t proper. Poor cleanliness. Bathroom was so congested and has no proper ventilation.

I booked for 3 days and decided to leave after two days because overall the property was dirty. Lift was not working and also washroom was dirty. And charged me half of the third day. It is not at all worth the money, disappointed

Very nicely furnished and very clean hotel rooms.Good restaurant attached, nice breakfast included, close to bus station.

It is at the center of the town, yet it is quiet area. Very pleasant atmosphere.
