- Stay was good room were neat and clean i would recommend anyday although a bit costly but if they lower the price a little then it’s bang for the buck!

- The cleanliness in the common areas. The noise from the bar was horrible till almost 12 am.
- The downside of the hotel is that it is nowhere! The little town of Puthuppally is 3kms away, and Kottayam city is 7kms further away. Hopefully they serve breakfast in the hotel soon, otherwise there is no eatery around the hotel that serves breakfast. The shops open only around 10am! The AC in our room blew directly down on the bed and gave us cold.
- The restaurant is open, but there are no waiters available when it's empty. It would be helpful if they at least installed a doorbell at the entrance to alert the staff, ensuring customers receive assistance promptly without wasting time. We spent two hours with our family at the rooftop bar/restaurant, as the food was served one dish at a time, taking far too long. Our kids became fussy and tired during the wait. The experience would be much better if they could serve all the dishes together within 15–20 minutes.

A very well ran, brand new hotel. The most accommodating and professional staff. Excellent food and that's coming from a chef!It's the most comfortable(western style mattress) I've slept in in India and the most powerful rain shower! A special Thank you to Jeffrey for your help during my stay from scanning paperwork to booking buses and trains.
