Rooms need 1000% renovation and getting mold smell in all the 4 rooms we booked for a family vacation.

Breakfast options were fresh and decent variety of items were available, the staff was courteous.

Breakfast was good. Everything we needed for an enjoyable breakfast was available.Beds in room were extremely comfortable; allowing us to have full night sleep every night.All staff were very helpful & attentive to our needs. Reception staff were helpful & very knowledgeable about the local area, places to go & things to do & see.

They allowed us to check in earlier than expected which really helped us as were really tired. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were worth every penny! Such a great location and brilliant views of the river. The staff were very helpful at all times.

Everything was perfect.

The location is closer to Fort Kochi and there are malls near by. Some rooms overlook the waterway and offer great view.

Rooms need renovation. The wood flooring is peeling at several places. There were lizard in bathroom in 2 out of the 4 rooms we had booked. AC vents need cleaning. My 2yr old and my parents were sneezing as soon as the ac was switched on. This is not expected from a 4star property.

Location was good and easy to reach. Forum mall was very few km away where you can spend some time and can do a shopping.

There was some wifi connection issue and was reported to reception and they replied that they will correct it and connect back within 5 mins. Even after 2 hours, there was no response and i went down in person and asked for an update.

Room was good and staff were polite and good.

the food could have been better. For tourist they would like to aste some local cusine aswel. the buffet was very ordinary. you could have charge few rupees extra and provided better variety of food. Buffet was very disappointing compared the other hotels for same range in Kochin.

The amount mentioned during booking on bookings.com is different and what hotel has charged me is different..They charged me 1000rs extra ...i dont know why..

Headrest for bed can be provided. Drinking water bottles can be two instead of one.Pillows can be better.

Didn't like both booking.com and the hotel

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Lemon Tree by Keys Hotel in Kochi, and I must say that it was far from what I expected. The check-in process turned out to be an absolute nightmare, leaving a sour taste in my mouth right from the start.I had made my booking through a well-known platform, Booking.com, well in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in. However, upon arriving at the hotel and presenting my booking confirmation, I was met with an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. The hotel staff adamantly refused to acknowledge my confirmed booking, claiming that it did not exist in their system.To my disbelief, they insisted that I pay an additional rate to secure a booking through the hotel directly, effectively asking me to cancel my existing booking made through Booking.com. This blatant attempt to manipulate the situation by charging me more for a booking I had already made was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.The hotel staff's lack of empathy and unwillingness to address the issue was truly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake or attempting to resolve the situation in a fair and reasonable manner, they tried to take advantage of my predicament.Furthermore, the level of customer service I encountered during this ordeal was abysmal. The staff members displayed a dismissive attitude, showing no willingness to understand or rectify the situation. Their behavior left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a guest.Aside from the check-in fiasco, I found the overall quality of the hotel to be below par. The room I was eventually allocated was average in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The amenities provided were nothing to write home about, and the ambiance lacked the warmth and charm that one would expect from a reputed hotel chain.Considering my experience, I cannot recommend Lemon Tree by Keys Hotel in Kochi.

Room was not looked like a hotel room. basic amenities like a guest house. Checking and check out took us more than 1 hour. new staffts.Hotel is over priced. Not worth for Rs 2000 per night

We had a smooth checkin at 10pm. Even though our tariff included dinner, it wasn't a buffet but an ala- carte' . The food was OK as there were not much varieties. But we had a very comfortable sleep that night. Morning breakfast was Buffet and was OK. Overall rating is better than Fair.

I booked Keys Kochi on the presumption that it will be at par with Lemon Tree Hotel chain but except for couteous staff not much can I write to say I liked the stay...Spl mention Chef Binu!!..Staff Noel..

It is a pity that a property located at a prime location (ideal for trips to Ernakulan and Fort Kochi) is being wasted away due to neglect and lack of upkeep. While the hotel staff are extremely polite and professional there is an utter neglect for upkeep and clealiness. Carpets are worn out and shabby, walls need repainting, washrooms need cleanups etc.It seems KEYS is just using The Lemon Tree branding...On earlier occasions I have stayed in Lemon Tree Hotels including one in Siliguri in December 2022, it was better than Mariott, Siliguri besides this on earlier occasions I have stayed in Keys Shirdi and Rameahwar they were much better. But here in thevara, Kochi is a prime property in Kochi that is kept shabby and thereby a big spoiler for leisure travellers like me.

Rooms are not clean. Extremely run down. Poor house keeping service hence explains the cleanliness. Reception staffs are under trained. Poor service. Overall, not a good place to stay unless the management revamps the hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was satisfactory.

The bath Room has mildews and dark fungus. No hot water for shower. The Hall Ways were dusty and it looks that the Hall Ways were not Vacuum cleaned.
