Pros +
- Breakfast was very average. Staff could not understand hindi OR English adequately, hence created problems at times and resulted in non-provision of the specific items requested. Location was good. Transport, boatride, mall etc were close to hotel.
- Location
- The location was very convenient being opposit Forum Mall. The staff were freindly.
Cons -
- Main problem was the poor understanding of Hindi & English which caused problems. As a result, room cleaning was not done on request and provision of regular items at the room was lacking. Not sure why all staff were very young aged and manager on duty was never seen.
- Uncooperative staff. Unnecessary additional charges was charged from me.
- There were mosquitoes in the room.
