Hotel crew was very helpful, friendly, and had a professional demeanor. Was always willing to help. Knowledgeable about the local events and places to visit. They served variety of local food and excellent local fruits.

Hotel needs to post More clear driving directions to find it on the Web-Page. I would stay in it again, when needed.

Room equipment tv out of order , week or no hot water , no minibar , no phone device , bathroom no shower gel or lotion and 3x4 cm pice of soap you to big for it daily . In booking.com are announced spa facilities which is not any there

The location is as in other reviews - close to everything you need but far enough to be quiet - in one word - perfect. About 30min to airport. Staff friendly, made us earlier breakfast.

In my opinion this is a 3 star hotel. Everything is okay here but the rooms could get some updates, especially painting.The pool is literally 1m from the restaurants tables, so those eating are watching those swimming or relaxing by the pool.

TV is not working. Drug addicts around the hotel. dont park your vehicle. the hotel does not have parking and they dont take responsility on the parked vehicle. my vehicle side mirrors were stolen, while the vehicle was parking at hotel parking, but hotel refused to take responsibility. they dont have cctv camera around hotel. only a small conditioner and a small soap at bathroom, no other things such as brush, toothpaste.

Front doors locked at 6.20 am when waiting for taxi. No staff apparent. No clear fire escape. And anxious about getting out to get taxi.Also area is terrible. Dirty beach and no hoper tourist cafes. Tuk tuk to old town is worth doing, indeed essential, it takes 15 minutes but apart from a few cafes there is little in Negombo. Best avoided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, prepared for us, so all fresh, and hot. Only negative,was no fridge. There was no lift, but they carried our suitcases up, and we don't mind stairs.

Charming staff, very helpful, gave good advice on restaurants. Great breakfast. Lovely spacious room. Bottled water every day, drink making facilities.Easy walk to the bustling main street and beach. Loads of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk.

Misled by Booking.com that the room would overlook pool. Small balcony with no chairs.

The location is very good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are great and no issues check-in even though our flight was delayed by almost 4 hours and we arrived 4:30 A.M.

Everything was absolutely fine. Friendly staff, quiet location, lovely private pools, five minutes walk to the beach. The stay was brilliant. The staff were exceptional. Big thanks to Jiovani, Sangeeth, Nawa and all staff members for going above and beyond to make sure my surprise visit turned out exactly as I hoped for. Will come back many times in the future.

The room was amazing! Private jacuzzi kinda pool was just lit! Spacious bathroom and really high standards! Staff was very nice and flexible! Calm and quiet place! Loved it

Breakfast could do a little bit better! The sausages could have been better branded! Some options for the guest to choose from like bacon etc etc! Also the indoor pool is not very clean! Small insects and greasy inside! I had to clean it my self before getting down! (Nothing big) but would have been better!

We had a short sstay in negombo after a flight delay. Room was spacious and clean and very good valie for money. Team were welcoming and helpful
