A nice place to spend one night when arriving from the airport. Free shuttle is very convenient and reliable, I arrived almost at 3am and they picked me up

I am not happy about the toiletries. There wasn’t brush and toothpaste. Then I asked the staff and they said the do not provide them,but they can go to shopping for us. Good thing is super market was so close and we shopped our own.

TV didn't work..but no problem

it is located in a walkable area. i was able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the was a variety of activities available. tuktuks were readily available. it was also close to the airport.

the on-site restaurant wasn't open often. some foods also weren't available. the staff recommended places to try that were in walking distance.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I booked two nights with the expectation that it would include two separate airport transfers, but the staff was not willing to accommodate this, saying even one per booking, even though I explained that I could have booked each night separately for the same result. They were very rude and seemed to be talking about me in Sinhalese. They also tried to charge me a higher exchange rate for USD until I noticed and they lowered it. Be careful when paying! The AC in the room didn't work well at all and the bed was uncomfortable. The amenities like the pool and restaurant were dirty and dilapidated. One of the worst places I've stayed in Sri Lanka, and not worth the price!

Very good location for Negombo beach swimming. Aprox. 250 meters (through Jetwings hotel) to sea, but very different price, than hotels directly on beach. Clear beach. Pool - outside was more than 35, pool was nicely fresh. And with beer was ideal :-) Airport transfer free. Friendly staff.

Be careful about price - in first view on booking.com is basic price only. Information about 10% service fee is under next link (note about price). Service fee is for breakfast too - together we payed 7,70 USD for 1 breafast - in my opinion is very high price for this hotel level.

Breakfast was unappetizing and kinda expensive for what it was.

The rooms were very clean, the pool and breakfast were both great. The staff were lovely and picked us up very late at night despite delays to both our flight and picking up our bags. It was only a short walk down to the beach and a nice outdoor market for dinner.

The hot water was a little unreliable, although it wasn't a huge issue for us in a hot country. The beds are a little basic and creaked whenever you moved even a little bit.

For our last night in Sri Lanka it was a great place to stay. Great location, price and airport transfer included. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great room, with balcony, big and clean with a great bathroom. The pool was welcoming and nice to cool off. Good location near plenty of restaurants and the beach. The airport drop off was really appreciated. Thoroughly recommend.

We booked this as it was cheap, central and we had a 9hr wait to go to the airport.Given the cost we cannot moan, it had a pool, it was central and they arranged free airport drop off or us

The free airport service is the best, seriously good arranged. From hotel to airport 27 min drive in the morning at 06.45, swimming pool was nice, nothing fancy but good to chill and relax before flying.

Nothing really, just ok hotel.

On arrival you're greeted by friendly staff, the reception and common area is spacious well decorated and is more than one could expect from a Hotel. I will repeat that the Staff specially Ayani and the young gentleman who work the front desk and even the owner is always around and always willing to assist in any way they can. The food they serve is delicious and made fresh, the pool is decently sized and the location is perfect with shops, restaurants and other amenities around and it's just a 5 minute walk from the lovely Negombo Beach.

On entering my room I found there were no amenities in the bathroom or the living space and I even though on booking.com the room was supposed to have a closet/wardrobe there isn't any! This was however quickly rectified when the young man who works there brought me all the amenities I needed and the rest of the stay was fine and catered for. I had to make do without a wardrobe but since I was on a short stay it was fine. Wifi here is my ONLY disappointment! It's almost non existent, I was on the second floor and got next to NO wifi at all, I had to depend on my phone hotspot for all my communication needs. And the TV in the room was Hilariously Tiny! ?Lastly, the water pressure from the shower and other toilet faucets is very very weak and low.

The free transfer to the airport was a bonus

Pool area was dirty and the water was cloudy. There was no filters or pumps running to keep the water clean. Only 2 sun loungers.. No furniture on the balcony either. Overall in need of some investment

Located a short walk from the town and beach. Good hotel, comfy beds, a/c and bathroom. Small pool in the grounds. Nice buffet breakfast and helpful staff.

Convenient place to stay when arriving late on a flight into Sri Lanka as it’s right near the airport.

It was very basic but cheap so can’t really expect much.

We loved in here, the room was spacious and nice hot water shower, the swimming pool is lovely to go in after walking about in the heat as it’s mostly shaded so it keeps cool, very refreshing, would defo stay here again the staff are so lovely and helpful!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, tasty Sri Lankan breakfast and comfortable rooms. The location is central but quiet.

Some furniture on the balcony would have been nice.
