Terrace Green Hotel & Spa

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the main street and restaurants. The room is beautiful as was my view. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.

Checked in for the day as we had very late night flight. The Spa was the highlight, and the staff at reception and the Spa were delightful. Couldn't adjust our TV, but a quick call to reception and technician was in our room within moments!

All good.

There were mosquitos and the bathroom you csn not hand the towel near the shower. Floor will be wet because there is no barrier

For a 1 night stay after a flight, this hotel was perfect. Airport transfer was easy and about 20 mins. We enjoyed the large and varied breakfast the following day.

Very loud frogs croaking but did not impact our stay.

Breakfast is amazing especially the Sri Lankan one. Close to everything and staff is very friendly.

Nice boutique hotel, pick up from the airport was a breeze and a great introduction. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast, also a restaurant for evening dining.

Wifi was a bit patchy and there are some dogs in nearby properties were a bit noisy at times.

- not clean at all; they gave me a room where the bathroom was dirty; after a reclamation I got a second room, which was ok, but not great (hairs etc.)

It was in a great location hidden away in a back street away from the tourist strip. The airport pick up was seamless after a long flight. The staff were very helpful and assisted with transport to our next location.

Staff were very helpful and cheerful, even though a late night check in was further delayed by the plane landing 1.5 hours later than schedled. Their patience and kindness was much appreciated

Small hotel for some reason I thought it would be bigger, maybe the photos! Only stayed one night, again the staff here were trained to a very high standard. Highlight was easily the evening meal, probably the best we had over our three weeks in Sri Lanka.

A little bit off track. But I would recommend for a night if only just to enjoy the cooking and kitchen theatre

Hotel located on a back road from the main street. My friend and I walked back from the main road and unfortunately had a slight incident with a youth trying his luck and following us on a motorbike, it was just outside the hotel and staff assisted us promptly and took the matter seriously. Not at all the hotels fault the behaviour of this individual but just be mindful if walking at night and get a tuk tuk to take you all the way back

Very smooth experience going from the airport to checking in to our hotel after late night flight. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Howling dogs at front of property throughout the nights for the duration of our stay. No sleep ! This could easily be addressed by staff.

Howling dogs all night. Being instructed by Booking.com that we would pay in USD and the hotel insisting on charging local currency with a very poor LKR to USD exchange rate.
