Quiet location, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff

Only there for the first night of our Sri Lankan holiday.Close to the airport and great communication as to being picked up.Warm shower with lots of pressure.Comfy beds.Minimum decor but that didn’t bother us.Lovely breakfast kindly served to us.Lots of restaurants nearby.The best being the hospitality and help given as to sorting a tuk tuk driver to take us to Colombo bus station.

The property was clean, and our group loved the pool area. The staff is nice, they changed our room when we requested it due to a weird smell in the original one, solving the problem very fast. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we enjoyed the amenities.

The A/C was a bit old and made lots of noises, so we were not able to sleep very well. Also, we didn't have access to extra water when we arrived, which was difficult, considering that we couldn't buy any during the night, with no shops open.

Terribly bad smell (idk if it was lack of wentilatuon, molded AC or what, but it was bad), nasty mattresses, nit clean sheets, not good breakfast, unkempt hotel grounds - stained furniture, lots of dust

We had a wonderful stay in the transit night room! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was perfect for our overnight layover, and we even managed to enjoy a visit to the nearby beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing transit experience!

There was no hand tissue in the room, and we needed toothbrushes as well. So I guess these can be provided.

Breakfast service was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was really refreshing and clean.

In Negombo it gets really hot, the fact that we could take a dip in the pool made all the difference!The staff was amazing, they made us feel at home. Breakfast was 5 stars.We will definitely come back!

Good place to stay for a night before going to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable and in walking distance to different restaurants.

Good place. The room is comfortable and breakfast is nice. The problem is that was too noisy for me. Except that, the rest was fine.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was as booked and had a super comfortable bed. I slept very well. I had a very late checkin and they stayed up for me (1.30am). Breakfast is served on a rooftop terrace and very nice. I only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. I walked to the beach which wasn’t far. The outside area in front of the room didn’t look as inviting and was right by where they keep the cleaning stuff like brooms etc, didn’t feel that private. Not so good- card payment had a 3% surcharge.

Nice place a few streets back from the beach, but totally in walking distance. Restaurants are close by as well. Breakfast was good (mix of english and sri lankan style), pool was nice (although water quality could have been a little better) Very nice personal (especially the man serving breakfast) that interacted nicely with our kid.

The rooms are quite dark and the terasse is not very inviting to sit on (only one bench per two rooms is also problematic as we aways battles with the neighboura who could use it for drying). Mosquitos (they are on the terrasse and can enter over the bathroom).

We liked the personal, location, room and pool.

Really nice place with a very helpful staff, I would recommend to stay if you are passing by Negombo and wants to enjoy relaxing stay there! Very clean and nice utilities
