Friendly Staff

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to do an early checking. The room was big and had a kitchen...though we didn't use it.

Installations were quite old; the fridge on the room had an "oxidated" look and the roof of the room had humidities and was chipping.The pool was not as appealing as on the photos. The water was not very clean (though it might have been due to heavy rain).20 mins walk to Brown beach; 30 to Negombo Beach...

A very good place with cool and calm vibe. staff is super supportive. They respect your privacy and provide anything you need. They kept open the gate until you return to premises.

Parking inside premises is very limited. You can squeeze one small car and medium size vehicle. parking available along side the road.

Unfortunately I couldn't swim.. we missed that. I like the swimming pool and the very good service..The staff was very helpful and kind.

I liked the concept behind the motel room.in the expense of a very low cost, they have build a satisfactory room.It was a spacious room.first thing I didn't like was the room I got was not the room I reserved.there were several things I think they have to improve as a accomodation provider.I'll not going to mention them here as I informed them during the stay.

One can clearly tell that this was once a premier destination and had all the makings of a really good stay; unfortunately on several counts things fell short.

We stayed in two different rooms as a party of nine. The AC leaked in two of the rooms; the sheets had stains on them and the tap was loose in one of the rooms; the bolt for our bathroom door did not work, and there is no shower curtain; one headboard came loose when we leaned a bit into it (the staff fixed it but it happened again).

Calm area

This place is absolutely beautiful and serene. The combination of the pool, greenery, and cozy seating areas creates a perfect spot for relaxation. The simple yet elegant decor and the peaceful ambiance make it an ideal getaway to unwind and enjoy calm surroundings.

Place is nice. But pool area should be more clean and there was some bad smell around the pool area. This place is surrounding by lot of noises which is coming from the vehicles running front of the hotel because this hotel is facing to the main road in Negombo, but that noises are not hear you when you are in the room close the doors properly. and also there is small nice garden. The guy who was there at the front desk, he is very nice. You can’t take the meals from the hotel, at least there is no any ala-carte menu or something. You have to bring your meals from outside but you don’t need to worry. There are so many restaurants and shops are there near to the hotel. Although, our overall experience was nice.

Since it was a festive season it was noisy with the prayers on the speakers all the time. Wifi was connected but not loading properly. In the booking app it showed 52 M^2 but it was not might be 19M^2.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. The host was very hospitable and made sure our needs were attended to promptly. However, one area for improvement would be the water pressure in the bathroom. It would enhance the overall experience if the water pressure were stronger. Nonetheless, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again in the future.

Lovely pool and common area. Big spacious rooms staff were lovely welcomed me with cold towel and drink which was very much needed!!

Little bit run down in places but nothing major.

We didnt expect the place to be the way it was. Had a modern look that most of the places in this range don't have. The facilities were ok and the rooms are comfortable.

When we arrived there was no staff to be found anywhere. Even our driver wondered if this was really your hotel. The sheets were dirty, as were the floors of the room. Also, no one answered the hotel number when I tried to call to inquire about things. It wasn't until later in the evening that the hotel owner got in touch via Whatsapp and we were able to agree on the next day's airport transfer, etc.

The staff was really kind hearted and the place was as described in the photos. The vibe inside the hotel was phenomenal with soft music in the background throughout the whole day and night. The rooms were pleasant to walk into and we had all our amenities refilled ASAP when we asked them to.

I felt a bit lost when I first entered the place as there was no one in the reception. It was only when I called them that I confirmed my booking.

This facility I booked for thinking as good property, when I have come in time, according to their own publication, I was 1.p.m. on the dot, since driver couldn't find ,I call given number in my resavetion , man who pick up the ,said room is not ready and they are check in time is 2.p.m., I said it says 1 pm, this person did not had any professional or kind tone,I told him then I have find other placeWord of advice be very careful with your bookings, I fell some discrimination in his, over not a good place and they are just making guest to go els where

The family are exceptional and go over and above to make sure you have a fabulous stay. Nice big rooms with big beds.Good breakfast freshly cooked location fairly good. With nice size swimming pool

There's not much I didn't like My only thing would be get rid of the plastic grass in the rooms I'm sure it harbours mosquitoes as I got bit a lot hereBrighton the room with some colours like pictures etc. Fridge didn't work that great

We stayed on arrival and pre departure and used the airport transfer which was very smooth. Amazing helpful family. Very safe place for travellers of all ages. Beautiful pool, comfortable beds, warm showers and a delicious breakfast. Located very close to the beach and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book.
